Tutto! La simpatia di Barbara e Susan, la loro disponibilità, e i loro consigli sulle zone da visitare hanno reso fantastico questo nostro weekend. La struttura è una casa del '600 con la sala affrescata, una terrazza dove è servita la colazione con un panorama impagabile, la pulizia delle camere ineccepibile! E poi la posizione con tantissimi siti da visitare a pochi kilometri. Consigliatissimo!! Torneremo 💖

A wonderful guesthouse in a quiet but central location for exploring the Northern Tuscany, Livorno and Emilia-Romagna. Barbera made us feel very welcomed.

Its a lovely place! Barbara and Susan are great hosts, they make you feel very welcome at Monti Guesthouse. The garden with a nice pool is a place to relax and enjoy the Toscane life. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Barbara and Susan are extremely helpfull and know the area, so you will have a good time!

Very tastefully restored historic building with several different areas to sit and relax, including terraces and a large garden. The room includes a modern en-suite bathroom and WiFi is working well in all areas. We felt very welcome and really enjoyed our stay with the two very hospitable hosts.

Rooms very tastefully done. Bed so comfortable. We had our breakfast on beautiful terrace both mornings. Served on exquisite fine bone china. Barbara and Susan are passionate about the restoration of their magnificent guesthouse. It was originally the Doctors Surgery and the local school. They are cultivating a stunning garden where swimming pool area perches above. They were most welcome, friendly and very helpful with regard ideas for day trips, restaurants etc

Such a wonderful place! We had a great time at the Monti Guesthouse. The house has an almost repurposed castle-like atmosphere and the room was cosy and roomy, with space for clothes and suitcases and a nice and comfortable bed and bedding. Both the room and bathroom was spotlessly clean upon arrival. The hosts are genuinely lovely and we felt very welcome and comfortable during our stay. They were very helpful with tips and advice for excursions in the area and generally very accommodating. It was easy to find by car, and there are parking spots just out front.

Amazing place with history

It was our first visit of Toscany and Monti Guesthouse was the perfect choice. Two ladies who decided to renovate old house from 17th century. They are very nice and friendly, ready advise and share their tips what to see around. The house is full of history with amazing atmosphere. We really loved that place and we wish to come back one day. Please visit restaurant Da Beatrice which is located approximately 3 minutes by walk. The best Italian restaurant we have ever been. Another reason to stay in Monti Guesthouse

Breakfast was very nicely presented and more than anticipated. The location of the property was great for our planned activities in the area. The mountain views were super. As keen cyclists wish we had brought our bikes.

Don't be put off by the external appearance. The enterence is hidden through an ally but perciver its worth the discovery. It is an old and interesting building. The internal aspects of the accommodation is great.
