The "Wald & Meer" vacation home, situated on a lot of approximately 800 m², is located in a quiet area in Warnemünde at Waldweg 10b, just a few steps from the beach. The house is divided into two separate apartments—the 3-room “Kapitänsdeck” apartment on the first floor and the 4-room “Oberdeck” duplex apartment on the top floor, each with a terrace or balcony and a parking space next to the house. to the cozy “Wald & Meer” vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few minutes from the Baltic Sea beach.
The “Wald&Meer” vacation home features the wonderful 3-room “Kapitänsdeck” apartment on the first floor, accommodating up to 4 people, and the 4-room “Oberdeck” duplex apartment on the top floor, accommodating up to 6 people.
The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub right on the beach, is just a few minutes’ walk away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and panoramic views of the cliffs. Why not try your hand at golf on the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 5-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and the Warnemünde city center.
The “Kapitänsdeck” vacation rental is approximately 80 square meters in size. It is designed for 2 to 4 guests and features a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided), an open kitchen fully equipped with all the essentials, a large dining area, a bathroom with a tub, shower, and hair dryer, a large terrace and garden, satellite TV, a DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and two bedrooms with double beds. The floors are fully tiled. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the apartment.
Enjoy the terrace and the sunny garden. Free parking space right next to the house.
The apartment’s initial amenities include a linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakeries, grocery stores, restaurants, a golf course, the beach, and more—all just around the corner.
No rentals to groups! Pets are not allowed!

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability is 100% disabled and has a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services bookable directly with the landlord upon request for a separate fee:
- High chair/each: €2.00 one-time fee
- Travel crib (without mattress or bedding): €2.50 per night
