Enjoy your vacation in our beautifully furnished vacation home “Anchor,” just a few steps from the Warnemünde beach.
Large terrace, wood-burning stove, private free parking space. Dear guests, a warm welcome to you! We offer you a cozy, well-furnished vacation home in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea beach.
Relax in our cozy vacation homes Anchor, Lotse, Matrose, Buhne 26, Meersand, Ostseeperle, Strandkoje, Twin Anchor, Ostseebrise, Kliff-Häuschen, Strandgut, Jupiter, and Saturn—just a few steps from the beach in the “Stolteraa” vacation village on Waldweg. The vacation homes offer plenty of space for a relaxing vacation, about 250 m from the beach. Dogs must be kept on a leash within the vacation complex. The nearby “Fuchsbar,” a small, quaint pub right on the beach, is just a few steps away. The same goes for “Wilhelmshöhe,” a restaurant with a large terrace and a panoramic view of the cliffs. Why not play a round of golf at the Warnemünde Golf Course? Shopping options are about a 10-minute walk away at the Diedrichshagen “roundabout,” as is the bus stop for Bad Doberan and downtown Warnemünde.
The Anchor vacation home is approximately 73 square meters in size and features a bathroom with a shower and a hair dryer, a living room with a wood-burning stove (firewood not provided) and a double sofa bed, an open kitchen area, and a bedroom with a double bed and a second TV; it was newly furnished in 2021. The house is designed to accommodate 2 to 4 people. In front of the living room is a large, sunny sunroom with a beach chair. Highlights: bike rentals and a horseback riding center nearby, as well as well-maintained biking and hiking trails. The Warnemünde golf course is not far away.
You can park your car in the private, free parking space right next to the vacation complex (No. 99).
Amenities: Satellite TV, radio/CD/DVD/free Wi-Fi, beach chair, kitchen with coffee maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric kettle, toaster, tiled floor. Electric floor heating and roller shutters in the house. We kindly ask that you do not smoke inside the house.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted, nor is setting up tents or setting up caravans or RVs. Loading and unloading at the vacation complex is possible Monday through Friday between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m.
The initial supply for the house includes one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, shower mat).
Bakery, grocery store, restaurant, beach, etc.—everything is just around the corner.

Severely disabled (50% or more): 1.45 €/day
Children ages 6–14: 1.45 €/day
Exempt from visitor’s tax: Severely disabled 80% or higher, accompanying persons—only if the person with a severe disability has 100% disability and a registered B
Children up to age 5, business travelers, athletes, conference attendees, travelers in transit, locals
Additional services available upon request for a separate fee, bookable directly with the property owner:
