About this apartment rental
Right next to the Warnemünde lighthouse, on the top floor of a historic building that was renovated in 1998, you can rent our cozy "Sonnenuntergang" vacation apartment for 2 to 3 people. The beach promenade and the swimming beach are just 50 meters away. From the balcony, you can enjoy views of the lighthouse—Warnemünde’s landmark—and the wide Baltic Sea beach. Dear guests, a warm welcome! We offer you a comfortably furnished vacation apartment in the beautiful Baltic Sea resort of Warnemünde, just 50 meters from the Baltic Sea beach.
The southwest-facing location offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the cliffs of Stoltera. Enjoy the sunset from the balcony.
With approximately 61 square meters of living space, the apartment is ideal for 2 people. You’ll also find all the amenities you need for a relaxing and comfortable vacation. The seaside climate is known to be extremely allergy-friendly. This quiet apartment on the 3rd floor features a living room with a dining area (TV, free Wi-Fi), an open-concept kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, washing machine, and hair dryer, a bedroom with a double bed, a hallway, and a large balcony with a sea view. It features hardwood floors. The built-in kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and stove with oven.
The vacation rental is reserved for non-smokers. Pets are not allowed.
The apartment’s initial amenities include one linen package per person,
(included in the final invoice price: bed linens, towels, dish towels, and a shower mat).
The house is located in a pedestrian zone.
Bakeries, restaurants, shops, bike rentals, the beach, the promenade, Alter Strom, etc.—everything is just around the corner.
At Friedrich-Barnewitz-Str. 9, you can rent secure parking spaces from us starting at 6 € per night.
