About this house rental
Beautiful semi-detached home (built in 2017) in Entre Golf Villamartin with a private heated pool, terrace, and south-facing balconies. Fully equipped kitchen, dining and living area with Internet TV/radio.
2 bedrooms with Internet TV, 1 bathroom, and an additional separate toilet. Air conditioning / heating. Rooftop solarium with lounge set, enclosed property with parking.
The accommodation
Living-dining room, kitchen on the first floor (1 room)
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, dishwasher,
microwave, oven with ceramic cooktop, Thermomix TM5 food processor, range hood, electric kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, L’OR BARISTA coffee capsule machine, etc.
Hotel safe for secure storage of your valuables,
Living room with luxury sofa, TV armchair, and internet-enabled TV, fiber-optic internet access (250 Mbit/s), Sony radio (you can listen to local FM radio stations or play your favorite music via an USB drive)
Dining area with a glass table and 6 chairs,
2 bedrooms, each with a separate balcony (2 double beds, sizes: 2.0 x 1.8 m and 2.0 x 1.6 m)
1 bathroom on the upper floor and a separate toilet on the first floor,

Our cleaning fee of €115 includes the provision and changing of bed linens, the provision of hand towels, bath towels, dish towels, shower gel, and shampoo, as well as final cleaning.
We charge €10 per day for the optional pool heating.
Alarm system
For your safety and ours, the property is equipped with an alarm system. It features two smoke detectors, three motion detectors, door monitoring sensors, and an outdoor siren.
When the house is unoccupied, an outdoor camera monitors the area in front of the house and the yard. One Mînut sensor inside the house and one outside monitor humidity and noise levels.

You have access to the entire house and all amenities.

The property is beautiful, clean and modern. As a party of 4 Adults we found that this property was ideal for us, also it is in a fantastic location. I would highly recommend this property.

HelloJust to tell you this Villa is 10 out 10 this is the third time I’ve stay in this one and twice in the one next door. We came home yesterday after 24 nights it was totally amazing gets better every stay and we will be back later in the year The Heater in the pool was awesome I have stay in other villas in the areaBut these two villas are well equipped for anyone’s if you need something it’s in the villaAnd the Hosts Bettina and Wolfgang are totally caring about there guests and nothing is a problem Perfect HostsWill be back Alan&Ann

We couldn’t have asked for anymore from the property. It was beautiful and modern, immaculately clean, essentials left for us to get started and communication was first class! The surrounding area is very hilly and quite a distance from the beach but we hired a car so not a problem for us. Having our own pool was perfect!! Definitely hope to return again soon!

Just back from 7 nights in Casa Wilma .
Everything you could possibly need is at hand in the property.
Pool area , bedroom terraces and furnished rooftop terrace are all sun traps.
Owners are very approachable and will reply swiftly and the property management team are on hand and very cooperative.
We didn’t hire a vehicle as taxis are approx €8 to various local commercial centres , perhaps less infirm visitors would require a vehicle as it is quite hilly in the immediate area.
We shall definitely be returning to Casa Wilma.
