New villa (2019) with private heated pool and tarpaulin. 3 bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. Bed linen and towels are included in the price.
 2 bathrooms with sink, shower and wc. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, hob, extractor, oven and microwave and usual appliances. Private parking for a vehicle. Terrace with garden furniture and sun protection awning. Solarium on the roof.
Wifi and Iptv.
5min from the shops and 10 min from the beaches. Close to golf courses.
45 kms from Alicante airport.

The property is beautiful with everything that you could require, very modern and well equiped kitchen. The pool area and patio are stunning as is the roof terrace, perfect for a late night drink and relax. The property manager and owner were very helpful and were always on hand if we needed them. Overall a fantastic villa and i would highly recomend to anyone. I will go back. Thank you Nathalie and also Stephanie.

Leider Kommunikation nur auf französisch möglich, aber tolles Haus, hervorragend ausgestattet. Parkplatz ein Problem, auf dem eigenen Grundstück passt nur ein kleines Fahrzeug, parken in der Straße direkt vorm Haus verboten. Das könnte der Geund sein warum wir das Haus nicht noch einmal buchen werden.
