Villa Coco Caline - Superb modern villa with private pool 10 minutes from the beach

This is the second year in a row we’ve stayed at this property, and we absolutely love it. The villa is very spacious, well-equipped, and has a real homely feel. All three bedrooms are a good size, each with large wardrobes (plenty of hangers, which we really appreciated!). Having two bathrooms is also a great bonus.The kitchen is spacious and well stocked, and the utility room at the back, complete with a washing machine, is really convenient.The best part of the property, though, is the outside space. The pool is a fantastic size for a private villa and is cleaned regularly. There’s so much space to relax — with four sun loungers by the pool and even more up on the roof terrace. The BBQ and multiple outdoor dining areas are brilliant, especially when we want to enjoy meals outside.We also love that when the kids need a quiet day in, we don’t feel stuck indoors — there’s still so much outdoor space to enjoy.This villa is perfect for us, and we would highly recommend it. We’re already hoping to return again next year!

Villa was perfect! Everything you need was there , beautiful stay !

Came on holiday with my husband and 3 children and we absolutely loved the accommodation. The communication with the key holder was really good, our flight was delayed by over 5 hours which meant we didn’t get to the villa until early hours of the morning, we had no problems and the key holder meet us and was very understanding of the situation. The villa is beautiful. The bedrooms are all of good size and all have very spacious wardrobes. The villa on a whole was very very well equipped especially the kitchen. From the minute we arrived we felt very comfortable and at home which made our stay very enjoyable. The outside space Is lovely, the pool is of good size and my children loved it. There are lots of different sun loungers, umbrellas and table and chairs outside in different areas which is very nice. It’s located in a very quiet area and a little out of the action. I would say there isn’t much walkable around and may need to travel a little bit to get to the beach and restaurant. We had a car hire so didn’t have a problem. Villamartín is a 4 minute drive away and have some lovely restaurants. There are some electric scooters near by which are good and we used in the mornings to get some fresh breakfast. On a whole our stay was amazing and we would definitely love to return. Thank you
