Hyper modern house finished in January 2017 on the edge of hills and 4 minutes from the shopping center, beaches and 3 beautiful Golfcorses
It is composed of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a floor area of 110 m2 on a plot of 350 m2
It has a 100 m2 solarium with an unobstructed view and a terrace with 8 m long swimming pool facing south-west
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine in the basement
It has 3 bedrooms, 2 of which are modular in rooms with 2 beds or a double bed
The bathrooms are magnificent with double sink, mirror cabinet, shower and wc
one of the 2 bathrooms has a separate wc
the situation is ideal
- located opposite a hill and a small park, therefore not overlooked
- located in Villamartin 2 minutes from the magnificent VILLAMARTIN golf course
- located a few minutes from the magnificent Golf de LAS RAMBLAS and CAMPOAMOR
- located 10 minutes from the big city of Torrevieja
- located 4 minutes from the large Zénia shopping center; ZENIA BOULEVARD
- located 1 minute from a supermarket
- located a few minutes from the beaches of Playa Flamenca, Compoamor and Cabo Roig
- located 4 minutes from Punta Prima beach
- located on the edge of the countryside
- located 2 minutes from a sports center with tennis court
- located 40 minutes from Alicante airport and 20 minutes from Murcia airport
The rates are seasonal and include the rental amount
Are included :
electricity, water, heating and air conditioning for standard use
Not included:
- optional sheets and towels for € 20 per person per week with beds made on arrival.
- pool heating is available for 15 € per day
- wifi for € 15 for 7 days
- the weekly exceeding of water consumption beyond 4 m3 or 150 kwh of electricity
For longstay with 50 % reduction, Electricity and water are not incuded
- end of stay cleaning
For the reservation, you have 2 possibilities:
1) book and pay through the Home away site
you will then pay fees via the Home away site
25% deposit will be required
Balance 1 month before arrival
1000 € deposit
2) book directly with the owner via the information request.
The entire transaction will then take place via an international agency on site in Spain.

Stayed here for a month and was a great experience from beginning to end , fabulous villa , well equipped , clean and a great price. Had good communication with Marc who checked in to make sure every thing was ok . Highly recommend it !

Our second visit to this wonderful villa, so we are a little biased. Fantastic communication, great meet and greet, the villa is spacious, fully equipped, great pool, great wifi, very well located. Definitely worth a visit.

villa lovely very clean and pool and amenities perfect communication of booking and handing very easy meat at property by agent who was lovely and explain everythingnot to far away from villa martin-plaza or supermarkets

From start of booking to end of holiday, communication was excellent.Villa was beautiful and Annick the keyholder organised transfer to and from Villa, driver was Sven who was very nice and speaks English.
