    Happy with the size of the room and it is clean and tidy. It is in the center and very convenient to access to all hot spots.

    Don’t expect the wifi to work. Our data from our SIM cards didn’t work inside our rooms either. Had to step out of the building. If that’s not a concern for you, then the place is nice. Has a lift so you don’t have to carry your bags up stairs. The luggage storage was convenient. The location was very close to the train and tram stops. Or you could walk most places in under 20 minutes. No coffee or iron. Soap was provided in shower. Decent enough beds and towels

    My only complaint, we booked with breakfast included. Confirmed when we arrived and had to check in with our room # when we had breakfast. When we checked out front desk asked us to pay an additional 72 Euro. We were on a tight schedule to catch our train to Paris, so finally we agreed to pay 60 euros, just so we could leave. Unfortunately this was a mix up somewhere in the booking , but it was stressful, plus i did feel if the same front desk clerk was there when we checked in it would have been resolved on a better note.
