Tout était bien peut être l’impossibilité de régler la Clim ou l’orientation des petits volets a été un
peu uncomfortable . S’il était possible de rajouter un panneau avec orientation réglable devant ila bouche de la Clim cela permettrait de la diriger plus loin que sur le lit

It was very comfortable, in a safe area and the facilities were exactly what we needed for a short, relaxing stay!
It was a bit of a walk up the stairs and from the beach, but not too far from central Nice

The only thing I liked was the location, not far from the sea and the center
It's hot, there's no air conditioning, the shutters are terribly broken, the sofa creaks and you're huddled so that it's going to break under you.
