Location was good. Room was clean.
Noisy when drunks came home from bar; Room was SMALL. Questionable value for money; however it was high season. Breakfast was not very good, had to pay extra only to find it was not all that great. Power surges and on and off during my stay. Random noises in room, buzzing and strange mechanical noises.

Great location to Nice Ville train station. Room was tiny but clean; bed was really.comfortable and shower was excellent. What you need in a room, plus air conditioning too.
Staff generally didn't seem.very helpful, or friendly. Felt awkward asking anything. Also.felt that anyone could walk in off the street and no one would notice, so security could be improved.
