The 48m² apartment was completely renovated in 2021, 2 main rooms + bathroom with all comforts, integrated kitchen, air-conditioned veranda, 63m² furnished terrace, parking in front of the accommodation, outdoor games (ping-pong table, swings, slide, sandbox).
If you are looking for peace and quiet, this is a small village located between Annecy, the lake and the resorts of Grand Bornand, La Clusaz and Manigod.
You will find many summer and winter activities in the surrounding area, walking for all levels, hiking, climbing, mountaineering, via ferrata, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, sledging, snowshoeing, paragliding, water skiing, paddle, swimming, sailing, canoeing, scuba diving, boating, fishing, petanque, bowling, tree climbing, hot air ballooning, ideal region for two wheels (bike, motorbike) enough to do thousands of km while enjoying the landscape.
But also the catering, the local cheeses such as reblochon, stuffing and many other gourmet dishes.
Enough to fill his vacation days.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. L'appartement est fonctionnel, propre, bien équipé, très bien situé, entre lac et montagnes. Merci pour l'accueil.

accueil sympathique. Appartement et environnement très agréables Il est rare de trouver un appartement aussi spacieux et bien aménagé. Je le conseille aux personnes désirant le calme et la tranquilité

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !
L'appartement a été entièrement rénové , c'est propre !
La cuisine est très bien équipée et avec des ustensiles et ménagère récentes ! ce qui n'est pas le cas de toutes les locations que nous avons pu avoir (Vieille poêle , vieille vaisselle..) ici tout est nickel !
Une belle véranda ! et de belles balades aux alentour.
C'est un petit village calme loin de la foule des stations mais tout de même bien Situé (à seulement à 30 min environ de la Clusaz et 10 min du bord du lac d'Annecy.)
Bref vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Entre la montagne et le lac, excellent emplacement au calme et proche de beaucoup de balade.
Il y a tout ce qu'il faut dans le logement, très confortable et fait avec goût, ont s'y sent bien. Les propriétaires ont mis tout en oeuvre pour que les locataires passent d'excellentes vacances en toute sérénité, et ça a été le cas. Nous reviendrons.
