A very pleasant week in Annecy, flat is close to town so sights within walking distance. Flat would benefit from WiFi especially as so much with Vrbo and other attractions is undertaken on-line

We stayed with 2 adults and 3 kids (9, 13, 14). It was probably the limit, but still it was ok, and there was enough dishes and everything. Walking distance to the beach 25 min, but there are nice and less crowded beaches nearby. Car distance 15-25min. The neighborhood is not the best, but its ok. The flat is very clean and nicely arranged. The next door neighbor is also very nice.

The appartment is very clean and complete, there were no things which were not available. It is placed in a nice neighbourhood, and you have got a pretty beautiful view when you look out of the window. The only disadvantage was that it is nog very close to the city centre and the lake, about 20 minutes by walking, but it is very good attainable by bus. We really enjoyed our stay here, and if we once go back to Annecy, it will be to this appartment! Merci beaucoup, mr. and mrs. Haennel!

L'appartement est spacieux, lumineux et très propre, avec une vue sur les montagnes du balcon. Il est très bien situé 15 mn à pied de la vieille ville et du lac. Possibilité de mettre les vélos à la cave mise à disposition par le propriétaire, avec un accès par une rampe très pratique ! Nous recommandons cette location.

Superbe séjour à Annecy, appartement très propre à notre arrivée avec toutes les instructions nécessaires pour une installation sans difficultée ! Appartement très bien situé entre le centre ville à 10min à pied et le lac (voiture conseillée ou pour les plus courageux à pied). Presque tous les équipements sont présents : four, plaques, frigo, lave vaisselle, il ne manque qu'une machine à laver. Pour les tous petits, lit parapluie, chaise haute, pot pour bébé (WC), même un seau rateau pelle pour la page, tout est présent ! Je recommande les yeux fermés !

Bien qu'assez loin du centre ville (voiture indispensable), cet appartement offre un point de séjour agréable. Propre, fonctionnel, simple, vues du 5° étage sur montagnes alentours, emplacement de parking au pied de l'immeuble. Clic-clac facile d'emploi, TV et lecteur dvd. Pas de wifi ( ce qui limite les ado sur leur portable). ET c'est agréable de sentir que les propriétaires nous font confiance même de loin !

Appartement très fonctionnel, refait à neuf et calme. Cependant l'immeuble est très mal situé, àplus de 30 minutes à pied des plages, belle vue sur les montagnes gâchée par les nombreuses constructions environnantes .
