Near the center of the village, in a quiet villa, apartment for 5 people (with baby kit) 13 km from the resorts of La Clusaz, Le Grand Bornand and La Croix Fry and 15 km from Lake Annecy.
For the safety of your children, this villa is fully enclosed. Your car is under a shelter, avoiding snow removal in winter and heat in summer.
Located on the edge of a river, you can rest there on the bank in a calm and green space.

Lovely apartment in lovely Thones!

Myself, my husband and our 5 year old daughter have just returned from a fantastic stay at this apartment. There was everything we needed and most importantly it was comfortable, clean and felt completely safe! The house it well maintained. Our stay was made even better by our lovely hosts Anne Marie and Pierre who live below. They were at our desposal but we were never bothered or did you ever hear them. The garden and surrounding views of this property is beautiful. The house is located in a gated garden which was perfect for our daughter. It was all very well kept. This was our first visit to Thônes and Lake Annecy and we were not disappointed. The whole are is just beautiful with lots to do 😊

Tout était très bien : le logement, les propriétaires, la ville. La météo, était moins bien, mais acceptable quand même. La région est riche de promenades en tous genres. Nous avons eu un séjour de vacances très agréable et nous sommes enchantés de ce séjour.

N'hésitez pas à louer ce joli appartement, spacieux et très bien aménagé, dans lequel vous trouverez tout ce dont vous avez besoin, et même pour les enfants en bas âge. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à 4 (dont un enfant de 4ans et un bébé). Le lieux de résidence est idéalement situé pour profiter à la fois du lac d'Annecy et de ses environs et également de la montagne et de ses charmants villages. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil chaleureux que nous ont réservé nos hôtes, toujours disponibles mais discrets et d'une très grande gentillesse. Nous pensons fortement à louer de nouveau ce bien pour profiter cette fois-ci d'un paysage enneigé.

Très bon séjour dans cette location de vacances. Accueil chaleureux de la part de Pierre et Anne Marie Burnet. Nous avons apprécié la climatisation en cette période de chaleur intense et le coin repas dans le jardin en bordure de la rivière. Nous recommandons cette location à tous les amateurs de vélo car Pierre est un excellent guide pour les cyclistes. Propreté de l'appartement irréprochable. A bientôt sans doute.
