Massive room and bathroom, delicious breakfast. The location was unreal. Amazing walking spots around. Free parking for hotel guests and just down the road from Lakeland Motor Museum. The spa had a sauna, steam, jacuzzi and pool as well as lounges and areas for relaxation - it was everything we had hoped for. The lady on reception was helpful and attentive. Would definitely revisit this hotel!

It was very clean and comfortable and had a bath and decent shower and a good spa with sauna, steam, pool and jacuzzi.
It does have its own food but it is a car ride away from any busy area with any restaurants or shops so you do need a car.

The view from the window was lovely, the room was big enough for 3 people.
The furniture looked a little bit dated.

Room was OK - not a good view but all worked - decent shower and bath
Food - decidedly average - and the restaurant opening times were a mystery - we found out too late that the sunday Roast menu limited the restaurant opening hours and we struggled to get in before the 7pm close because thiose who had found out booked in before - after being offered a 6pm slot we eventually pursuaded staff to accept our "late" 6.15 booking.
