Our 3 day break at the Bay Horse Hotel was simply amazing and magical.
We love Morecambe Bay and the location of the hotel was stunning.. The most noise we heard was the oyster catchers and the silence of the bay. Simply stunning.
The dozen swans that seem to live there in the bay were a lovely sight each day.
Kelly and all the staff were helpful, so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We both really appreciated that.
The food is amazing, delicious and well presented.
Appreciated the facility to choose what was on offer for breakfast and not have to pay for things you didn't eat.
Our room was the icing on the cake, with double patio doors opening onto our own balcony with bench and table overlooking the bay with our own parking space below.
The bed was very comfy and the large fan was also very thoughtful.
Our sunny morning coffee out there was so nice.
Walks from the hotel each way along the shore were lovely, with another pleasant canal side walk through gorgeous fields.
The weather of course helped but the warm welcome and cosy pub would be enough to please in any weather.
We definitely plan to come back in the Autumn
Our dog was made welcome and like us, loved her stay.

The location is beautiful and the hotel has a lovely conservatory used for meals.
The hotel isn't sleek and modern but the charm is perfect throughout. The sea view rooms have the most amazing view of the bay.
The beds were surprisingly comfy and we had all the standard amenities.
We could also order drinks to take up to our room and have meals put on our tab which was paid at the end of the stay.
The sea view rooms have a bench and table outside of the sliding doors which was perfect for relaxing in the evening.
The soft closers on the doors were next to useless, it was very noisy with customers coming and going and the doors slamming very loudly.
The shower was very powerful but had the tiniest head on it which meant that water was spraying in every direction.

The food was amazing the steak by far the best we have had really really good and location th view amazing
The bedroom, very smelly and damp could smell damp as soon as we entered which was off putting
