Property was clean and comfortable, Host was totally unresponsive and did not communicate.

Property was clean and well presented and comfortable, unfortunately the Host let the property down.

The host went totally radio silent after the security deposit was paid, they did not respond to any messages, mobile number on the booking went straight to voicemail and voicemail messages were also not responded to. We needed an Invoice for the deposit, eventually our Finance Manager got through and was told they would receive an invoice, this never happened. On the afternoon of check in we had not received any check in information and calls were still going to voicemail, I eventually had to call Booking.com Customer Service, who were very helpful and rang the Host while I was on the phone. The Host gave the check in details and a different mobile number to contact them on. Seconds later they responded to a message and also sent the check-in information. This was an extremely stressful situation as we had 2 operatives needing to check in and information came through so late we were left wondering if the advert was a hoax, luckily it wasn't, but the Host does need to be responsive and communicate with clients, clients should not have to chase for check in information, or have to contact Booking.com to get assistance.

Location is excellent, being within walking distance from both rail stations, the Bus Interchange and even closer to the Golden Square Shopping Centre.

As reported, everything exceed our expectations and the couple of calls we had with to Nili were welcoming and professional and provided additional and local knowledge about the area.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in.

Been robbed of damage deposit, saying apartment smelt of smoke when I don’t even smoke. Also doesn’t state damage deposit until after you have booked. Dirty place lots of damage in apartment and dirty sheets, blinds all broken and dirty stains all over them. If you book this apartment be prepared to robbed. Total sh—t hole

Superb Location, Beautiful Apartment.

Second time I've stayed says it all. Superb host, slight problem with the key collection but kept me updated all the time. The apartment is brilliantly situated in the centre, but off the main road so quiet. Free onsite parking always helps, will stay again when working in NW.

I was asked if I'd accidentally took a towel when Ieft. I checked and hadn't. I responded back to say I hadn't and ask if they've found the missing towel, it might be left in the washing machine, but received no reply.

Great host, nice apartment, excellent price, very convenient

Nili was extremely helpful and understanding. Great communication. The apartment was excellent and had everything we needed. The heating was fine and the rooms were spacious. Ideal location for supermarkets and other needs.

The beds were a little uncomfortable, spring mattresses that seemed to have had a lot of use. Maybe replacing them with foam mattresses in the future might be an idea, also the pillows seemed quite old and very solid.

Best feature of the property is its central location.

The best features of this property are its size (2 decent sized bedrooms and lounge area and 2 bathrooms) and its location, very close to the Cockhedge shopping area in Warrington.

The cold tap in the main bathroom doesn’t close; the lights throughout the flat are very dim-it was impossible to read a book-dim. Both bathrooms don’t have windows or vents and every time someone had a shower the smoke detector in the flat went off because of the steam from the shower/bath. However, the worst was that there’s a strong smell of mould coming from both bathrooms. It was lucky that over the two days we stayed in the flat (end of October) the weather was relatively warm and therefore we kept the windows in the flat open day and night and the bathrooms’ doors shut, otherwise I don’t think we could have stayed in the flat past the first night. The smell of mould coming from the bathrooms was so terrible that it overshadowed everything else. The beds weren’t comfortable: my son who slept in the smaller bedroom complained that he could feel the springs in the mattress. My bed had a rickety bed frame. The best features of this property are its size (2 decent sized bedrooms and lounge area and 2 bathrooms) and its location, very close to the Cockhedge shopping area in Warrington.

Superb

Apartment is in a great location. Right next to three gyms - so no excuses! Supermarkets and town centre are easily walkable. Apartment is great. 2 double bed rooms. 2 double sofas. Large smart TV and reliable WiFi.

En-suite shower was too small and you have to remain still otherwise there's a danger you'll touch the tap and scald yourself. Kitchen was well equipped but in need of some tlc. The oven and hob are so old the temperature numbers have been erased. So the evening's excitement was to discover whether supper would be raw or burnt.

Great central accommodation for families

Great friendly service, we appreciate the host's flexibility with check-in and responsive action to fix a heating issue. Spacious apartment with well equipped kitchen. Location was good too.

Cold water tap in the bathroom was a bit dodgy during our stay but we knew the host was on the case. No lift in the building so be prepared if you have heavy luggage to carry upstairs.

Excellent location, just a few minuets walk to the Town center and a variety of Restaurants, Pubs/bars and fast food/take away shops.
