Easy to book and good communication with the host. All enquiries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Have used a few times now. Nice clean apartment with good facilities for our work colleagues.

Well decorated home but some with poor condition, so do your own inspection when check-in.

The decorations and countless cushions made me feel home. 5 mins walk to downtown. 55“ inch TV to watch Euro Cup

Only can get partial deposit and claim the damages to customer, after 2 months but can't even provide valid proof with irrelevant photo on other property. Moreover, some "damage" is questionable like the shower rail dropped suddenly because it was not fixed properly (temporary one without screw but just by pressure), the window blind with just two loose threads. The worst ones is the broken window which the customer couldn't even open it all at the first place. My advice for the future customer, do your own inspection with host right after you check-in, and take picture with all those defects at once. Otherwise, the host would claim to you after months. Poor Wi-Fi bandwidth dropped suddenly.
