Nice place to stay. I was on a road trip and needed something just for the one night which is not far from Manchester airport and with late checkin possible. This was a good fit. There was a private parking spot. Contactless checkin (key was in a locker near the front door). Room was quite small but comfortable. Clean and well-equipped private bathroom. Electric kettle and koffee/tee/sugar/milk. Comfortable bed. So for me it was a really good stay.

Room was clean (toilet too), bed was comfortable, owner provided me with coffee and tea in the room and the pricing for three nights in a place like this was a bargain. I strongly recommend taking a view nights in this room!
The only downside was that the owners didn't respond to my questions, despite messaging them in the morning. Other than that, the quality of the room and the service in general was good.

This was ideal for our visit to The Halliwell Jones Stadium. The accommodation was basic but value for money.
Poor arrangement of furniture meant that one person had to climb over the other to get in and out of bed. The bed creaked with every movement. Huge triple wardrobe but no hangers! bedside drawers not clean
