The property was clean, tidy and quiet. The host was thoughtful and considerate, and I particularly liked that there was a computer available for guests to watch movies. Overall, it was a comfortable stay.

The bathroom is shared with the host, which was slightly less convenient, but it was very clean and well maintained, so it was not a major issue.

Love the hospitality I received during my stay at this location.

I had a very pleasant stay at Boteler Avenue 4. The apartment was quiet and comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day out. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout my stay, which was a big plus. The location is very convenient, with a Morrisons supermarket directly across the street and the town centre and train/bus station only about a 15–20 minute walk away. All of the amenities described in the listing were available. A special mention goes to Leonard, who was an exceptionally friendly and helpful host. He took the time to show me around Liverpool.
