Get there between 3 pm and 7pm or sleep rough!

I can only tell you what the property looks like from outside as the landlord had gone when we arrived at 7.10 pm . He was rude and point blank refused to give us 10 20 minutes past 7 pm to get there .Unless you can 100 % guarantee your arrival for 7 pm don't throw your money away.If you get a burst tyre a traffic jam or any thing that keeps you. Few minutes late Beware .Booking .Com should have a red warning sign stating you lose your money if your a few minutes late as the owner lives in cuckoo land

I have explained l told the landlord we would get there for just after 7pm he stated point blank if we are not there before 7pm he has prior arrangements and can't wait a minute after 7 pm .I said you are being unreasonable and stated my sat nav states 10 past 7 .I said while you are refusing to give me a 10 minute leeway I could be driving .I then sent him a text stating we would get there just after 7pm and he stated l won't be there and he kept his promise we arrived at 7.10 pm and asked different residents going in and out the flats how can we contact him and nobody knew how .as he refused to answer his phone .I have used Booking.Com for years and never encountered such an obstructive rude land lord .

I was in shock when I walked in! it was the nicest place. I slept on the sofa bed and it was comfy. I didn’t make the most of all the things in the apartment due to only being there one night. but omg. it’s perfect.

The location was excellent, and the apartment well presented had everything you needed. The complimentary water and chocolate was a nice touch, and communication was good as my train was over an hour late.

The sofa needs cleaned or covered, and the bed was too low, and the bed linen was not inkeeping.

Really cosy space. Well equipped kitchen and bathroom.

Nothing dislike. But if there's hanger and floormat in bathroom would be perfect. And maybe a night lamp in bedroom.

Compact, central apartment.

Very central position. By shops restaurants etc. Compact, first floor apartment, but had everything needed for a short stay. Kitchen, dining and lounge in one room. Bedroom off this with bed and hanging facility. Bathroom with raised shower, loo and sink, off bedroom. Steps to lower patio area off dining area. Patio had seating and a table for better weather Owners left extras like chocs, toothbrush and paste. Also milk and hot drinks left. Towels. Sofa easily converted to bed. Bedding left on sofa to use if required.

Bed very low and mattress too thin and soft for my taste. Seating in lounge quite low. Sofa bed not particularly comfortable, but I've had worse You get the feeling that someone else was living there. Shower had obviously just been used. Personal belongings like clothes, foods, watches etc . Not a problem, just disconcerting.
