This end-unit offers a bright open living space with a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs in every bedroom and a 70” screen in the main living area—ideal for unwinding after a day in the sun. Outside, enjoy shaded seating areas ideal for lounging, entertaining, or grilling on the electric grill. Best of all, the property includes boat slip #10 located directly behind the townhome, accommodating boats up to 35 feet for easy access to open water!
Surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon features a resort-style pool and convenient access to boating, snorkeling, fishing, dining, and Marathon favorites like the Dolphin Research Center, Turtle Hospital, and Crane Point Hammock. The adjoining Boat House Marina is a full-service marina with amenities available to boaters at an additional cost (dockmaster contact provided upon booking):
BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
Onsite trailer storage option.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp (305-481-0653) . The crew will place your trailer by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat onto it. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.

Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.

Getting Around:
Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.

Fishing and swimming are prohibited in the canal per resort rules.

**Boat Dock is included w/ rental but Boat Trailer Storage is not, call The Boat House Marina for onsite trailer storage info.

Clean and comfortable condo as advertised.Porches for hanging out are very close to neighbors which would make it hard to have private socializing when the units are full during the season. This is a minor inconvenience in the scheme of things. Great laundry machines. Great location for activities in or near Marathon.

This house had everything we needed for our stay. It didn’t have laundry soap as stated but that was an easy fix by running to the store. This place was beautiful and the location was perfect! We would absolutely stay here again!

Everything was good, air was colder in master suite than other bedrooms.

Pros: The home was well located in Marathon - 10-20 minutes in either directions to plenty of beaches, restaurants, etc. The house was nicely cleaned. The main floor had a nice amount of space and the kitchen was well stocked. The hosts respond fairly promptly. Nicely stocked beach items. Cons: I knew there was construction during our stay but I didnt realize it would be literally a foot outside of the back patio. King bed was fine but the other beds were not comfortable - one of the twin beds was completely broken. We told our host and they said they probably couldnt get someone to come fix it because it was Jan 1 (understandable) but then a maintenance person came into the house while I was napping and we had zero notice from the host that someone would be coming by - so that was weird and not appreciated. I think the amenities could have used improvement - for a 5 night stay, I dont expect to need to go out to buy my own toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags. There was only enough for a few days. The host did come buy to bring a few more rolls of toilet paper. There was also no soap in the bathrooms.Overall, a decent stay but my guests were not very happy.
