This location is more than listed! The inclusion of three kayaks and three e-bikes was a game changer and elevated our vacation. The beds were so comfortable, the house was clean and had everything we needed, and the views were incredible.

I think this place was great! The 4 stars does not in any way reflect on the host! She was great and accommodating. We had a few issues and she took care of us without hesitation. Something’s to consider though with this location, the pool is farther than expected. It’s maybe a half a mile or maybe even a mile away. Though they provide electric bikes, you need to drive it’s not just a walk away. If you have a boat be careful there is a huge rock and a utility pipe that you can’t see even in low tide when going through the channel. Thankfully a neighbor told us so we didn’t mess up our boat. Unfortunately when we were there, there was construction next door and they started at 7:30AM which was not great. So if you’re going any time soon be prepared. They also have an AC minimum which is 72F. If you plan on sleeping downstairs have a fan or two because it is HOT! We had to keep the shutters closed due to the heat from the sliding glass door and the heat just coming through the windows. It would take several hours at night for the room to cool down and if you take a shower it’s hot and humid. But other than that and the issues that the host helped with the place was very nice. Oh and unless the cleaning service starts adding toilet paper after cleanings, bring toilet paper so you can use the bathroom once you get there…Hopefully the owners are receptive to the recommendations provided after our stay!Would recommend.
