Enjoy laid back canal-front living and a 35 ft. dock INCLUDED in your stay (Slip #42- Please refer to Dock Assignment Photo) located in the Boat House Marina next door. Step inside to find an open-concept living area with a Full/Queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen and plenty of space to gather around the breakfast bar or relax on two levels of shaded outdoor balconies, equipped with an electric grill. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or enjoying a sunset cocktail, the canal views from both levels make every moment feel like vacation. Tucked among 6 acres of lush tropical landscaping, Coral Lagoon offers a resort-style heated pool and grounds, all while being just minutes from restaurants, shopping and attractions.
**** ONGOING DOCK REPAIR PROJECT: The project will continue through at least April 14th 2026, with this timeline remaining tentative and subject to change based on weather and construction progress. ****There is another dock READY FOR YOUR USE: Boat slip #42 at the boat house marina****. A temporary fence restricts access to the dock behind the home for your safety. The rest of the property remains fully equipped!
Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property.** All boats must also be insured, please contact the dock master at the marina for further information, phone number is listed below. ***
BOAT LAUNCHING + TRAILER STORAGE:
Ramp hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm daily
Trailer storage is available off-site for an additional nightly rate.
These fees are not included in the cost of the villa.
No trailer storage reservations are needed.
When it is time for you to check out, please stop by the Dockmaster’s office at Coral Lagoon (305-481-0653) or call the office to schedule a time to use the ramp. The crew will place your trailer down by the ramp so you can hook up and be ready to load the boat on your trailer. After you are loaded, you can pull forward and use a hose we provide to quickly flush your engines and rinse the brakes and axles.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to house, private balconies, grounds, pool.
The Neighborhood:

Getting Around:
Renting a car is the best way to get around. There is a public bus that goes to Key West and Miami.

The house was extremely comfortable for the 4 of us. The living room and 2 lanais were very nice, comfortable and well appointed. Master bedroom and ensuite was terrific. Other bedrooms and hall bathroom / shower very nice. Kitchen had everything, nice to have laundry. Would definitely stay there again.

The house was amazing and the convenience of the marina was fantastic. There's so much to do close by and it's only about an hour to Key West.

This was a spring break trip for myself, my husband, and my kids. We rent VRBOs and the like at least 4 times per year. ***PROS: Management company's communication & info. Balcony and back patio decks, boat slip access (my sister's family utilized this as they were in another villa), villa back view, AC was cold, beach towels provided were nice, end unit with less noise, the pool area was well kept, parking, & location. ***CONS:
For the nightly charge which was more than 60% of 1K each night - the following are completely unacceptable: Deck chairs are hard & uncomfortable, Fridge doors and shelves and drawers are broken with some completely missing, the BEDS were comparable to a low end truck stop motel (bulging in the center and creaking whenever you moved on the bed), BEDDING WAS NOT THE DUVETS SHOWN IN PICS - but instead extremely rough and pilled OLD bedspreads, there were ZERO extra blankets in the villa (and none on the bed other than the worn bed spread). No HDTV. No shampoo or bath soap provided. Only 2 pillows provided on the master bed that were not comfy. Light bulbs out or completely missing in at least 5 different lamps and light fixtures. No martini shaker, no martini glasses. Furniture looks thrown together from discount stores. Overall the inside of this villa looks used and abused, needs about 20K put into in to revamp and bring it up to par with other rentals in the complex. Would definitely return to this location but would rent a different unit.
