The whole family will love the newly-renovated outdoor pool, and seasonal offerings, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar. Explore the gift shop in the lobby and stock up on cold beverages, snacks, beach attire, and keepsakes. Don’t feel like going out for dinner? Relax in the outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room. Get a workout in at the fitness facility and select from an assortment of complimentary DVD rentals available for your enjoyment. The many on-site amenities, including over 3,000 s.f. of meeting room space, makes SunDestin the perfect destination resort for vacations, reunions or business meetings. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.
SunDestin Unit 1514 is a vibrant one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to four. Cool off midst shades of sorbet in the open-concept living/dining unit with plenty of room for all! Cozy up on the couch or cushy side chairs and enjoy a movie on the flat-screen TV. You’ll find the abundance of counter space in the fully-appointed kitchen makes meal prep quick and easy. Enjoy meals at the dining table with seating for four or on the balcony, directly overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Settle in for the night on the sleeper sofa in the living room or in the private master suite, which houses a king-sized bed, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom for added convenience. You’ll find the miles of pristine coastline and waterways in Destin lend themselves to endless days of snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. Pick your favorite and enjoy your day in the sun!
Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

***Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort remain under construction, including the restaurant, outdoor pools, steam room, and spa. Please note that the splash pad is currently not operable and will remain closed until further notice while ownership determines future plans for the area. The fitness center remains open for guest use during this time.
Guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. Please also note that there is currently a temporary detour in place for lobby access as enhancement work continues in select areas of the resort.
While construction activity is still present on-site, it is now far less invasive than it has been previously as the project enters its final stages and crews continue winding down operations. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations while setting clear expectations in advance to help ensure a comfortable and positive stay during this improvement phase.

Loved the location and the unit! So close to the white sand beach, the amenities were great too, too bad our unit didn't come with laundry. Bed was good, we got partial view of the beach, and partial view of the city, so beautiful. Definitely recommend!
