L’appartement est spacieux, propre et correctement équipé. Pas de problème de bruit. Place de parking en sous-sol. L’accueil est très aimable.
L’emplacement est un peu excentré. Il faut un petit quart d’heure en voiture pour se rendre au centre. Grande résidence sans charme particulier.

Joli appartement, bien localisé entre deux lignes de Tram. Belle vue sur le parc, salon ensoleillé le matin et batiment tranquille.
Un quartier labyrinthe où c'est compliqué de se retrouver même avec Google Maps.
