Wifi in rooms was not good Bath rather than shower Chef stand at the dinner/lunch was not special At thebeach, the Jet-ski was riding too close to the people

Beautiful Public Spaces: The hotel’s grounds and common areas are lovely and very well-maintained; Fantastic Kids' Club: The kids' club is amazing—well-shaded, properly ventilated, and genuinely inviting for children; Good Food: The dining options were tasty with a great variety of dishes.

Resort Size & Walking: The resort is huge, which requires a lot of walking from one area to another. It definitely takes a few days just to learn your way around and fully enjoy everything the property has to offer.

Loved the location and the seaview. I also loved that the rooms were single level and not that horrible high-rise you often get in larger hotels. The breakfast buffet and outdoor dinners at the restaurant near the pool were amazing and the beach bar was beautiful. Love the variety of eating/drinking options. Also amazing kids club and my children loved being part of the performance on the Friday evening

A little more space to put suitcases in the room and some shelves in the wardrobe to place (kids) clothes would be very useful. Also, whilst I appreciate this may not be practical it would be nice to have an alternative location for breakfast (even if not as big) in a less hectic environment

We loved the location, the choices of restaurants, entertainment and the staff were brilliant.

The rooms could do with some updating but nothing drastic and the one thing I think they could revise is the minibar check each morning. She would knock once without waiting and before you know it, your room is opened and from outside someone is checking the minibar. I think they should revise how they go about checking without invading the guests' privacy. We had a near miss on the first morning where we could have had an unpleasant experience.
