We loved the location, the choices of restaurants, entertainment and the staff were brilliant.
The rooms could do with some updating but nothing drastic and the one thing I think they could revise is the minibar check each morning. She would knock once without waiting and before you know it, your room is opened and from outside someone is checking the minibar. I think they should revise how they go about checking without invading the guests' privacy. We had a near miss on the first morning where we could have had an unpleasant experience.

Nice pools, beach and restaurants.
Need a refurbishing. Old facilities and room. Totally need some refresh but comfortable beds.

Location and exterior spaces.
In a five stars hotel is imperative to have: service and a perfect cleaning room every day; place where we can eat something at late night and during all day (minimum at 23h00); less noise between rooms.
