Superb from start to finish.

Superb location right in the centre of the village. Great welcome package of scones and essentials, lovely apartment with excellent furnishings and fittings to a high standard. Far better than staying in any hotel. Would highly recommend to everyone.

Wonderful apartment in village center

The property had everything we needed. Equipped with high-tech gadgets such as smart home lighting control through to state of the art stereo equipment and electric sofa. Kitchen with everything you need. It was well located in the center of the village.

The only drawback was that the living room was actually in an attic with a very small window, and there were stairs between the living room and the bedroom.

Excellent apartment in a beautiful village

Great clean accommodations in a great convenient location. Very clean, comfortable, and secure. They've thought of many things. Nice welcome assortment of food (scones, clotted cream, jam, eggs, bread), rain gear and torches if needed, video library, clothes detergent, alarm system, etc. Would definitely stay there again.

Shower and bedroom a bit cramped but manageable. Parking availability can be limited and main pay lot is a 5 minute or so walk away.

A wonderful stay

Location - Couldn't be better. Comfort - Exceeded expectations. Cleanliness - Top notch. Hosts - Extremely detailed and non intrusive. They took care of needs we didn't even know we had. Wish we could have met them and thanked them in person for their hospitality. The Christmas tree in the apartment and food items in the refrigerator were above and beyond. Thankyou.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the apartment is accessed via stairs. While this wasn’t a problem for us, it might be something to consider if you're traveling with heavy luggage or older individuals who may find stairs challenging.

Everything this apartment is fitted out to the very highest specification and is right next to everything you would want to see or visit. Great touches like a full sky package, cream tea, eggs, coffee,tea, milk, bread and Nespresso coffee machine. Aircon in the bedroom was amazing.

Location perfect - bang in the centre of town. Apartment is very well maintained and fitted out. The welcome pack included bread, milk, butter was a lovely gesture.

WE had been told there was a private parking space available but when we got there it was in use and we couldn't access it at all over the weekend so had to find alternative parking in the town.

Comfortable and Charming apartment in the heart of the Town.

You can tell that a lot of love and care has gone into this apartment. It's set on multi-levels and it's extremely charming and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need and I loved my arrival scones, jam and clotted cream. There are views from the windows at the front looking out to the river and from the back looking over the trees and rooftops. Bourton-on-the -water is very central to start a day touring The Cotswolds and it's full of food options and local shops for groceries and a post office. I loved everything about my stay and if I return this will be my first choice.

We liked everything! The ambiance! The heated floors! The birds singing every morning! We enjoyed it all.

Only one very minor issue, very minor, is that sharper knives for chipping, paring would have been nice.

We really liked this accommodation and the location in the village was perfect.

Lovely apartment right in the heart of the village

Check in was rather late in the day at 4pm. As check out is 1030 I felt that it should have been very possible to have the room available from 2pm

We particularly liked the high end appliances and electronics. Sky sports was a bonus but please get all the buttons to work on the hand unit before we return in September.

Very relaxing and comfortable stay. The owner obviously cares about attention to detail

Very high end facilities. We just wanted a space to relax and this fitted the bill nicely. Very well appointed kitchen and very comfortable living space.

The accommodation was above the Cotswold Perfumery. I always pack toiletries - shower gel etc but this one time I forgot! I wasn’t concerned as I thought of all places they would have small bottles of shampoo etc. but they only provided an opened bar of soap and a Carex hand wash!

Perfect location in the middle of Bourton on the Water. 5* standard of amenities and appliances! It was so nice to wake up to fresh coffee. The air conditioning in the heatwave was amazing!

There is no outdoor area I.e. terrace/balcony. Steps inside not suitable for small children or elderly.

Booked here for our romantic getaway … beautiful location and within minutes walk of top Attractions like motor museum, bird world, miniature village and the river … apartment was immaculately clean and furnished to a high spec … top quality electricals to include nespresso coffee machine, dyson hairdryer, multi temp kettle etc … even all the crockery were top quality … loved the cream tea and breakfast pack! Perfect Cosy apartment for couples.

The apartment is reached by steep stairs, which makes luggage transfer awkward. The technology in the apartment was beyond us in some cases including using the light switch! Didnt really want to spend time on the break working out how everything worked! The bedroom space was cramped and kitchen very small.

Easter stay in cotswd

We both enjoyed our stay at the apartment, it's in a perfect location right by the river. The parking is not so much of an issue if we are staying in bourton. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in Cotswold again!
