About this apartment rental
Comfortable and Modern Double Room with Terrace with side view on Piazza Duomo. The style is modern and cozy, a comfortable and perfect space for two people. In the cute terrace you can relax at any time of the day.
The room is composed by a double bed, a private bathroom with a spacious shower, a desk with coffee machine, electric kettle, minibar and a small wardrobe. The terrace, with a side view of Piazza Duomo, is equipped with a table and chairs to enjoy any time of the day.
The guest will only have access to his room. There are no common spaces to share with other guests, except for the entrance to the structure and the corridor between the rooms.
WIFI Daily Cleaning Service. The property does not have a lift. To reach the front door you need to take the stairs outdoors. On the first floor, again by stairs, there are situated our apartments, while on the second and last floor there are situated the double rooms.
Check In can be done from 3 pm. Check Out must be made no later than 11 am. There will be a tolerance of 15 minutes to leave the room, after which 50 will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. SMOKING IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN in all common areas and inside the rooms. It is allowed only in rooms with balcony or terrace, ONLY outside. Otherwise, a penalty will be charged from the credit card entered at the time of booking. It is strictly forbidden to enter external people who have not been identified at check in through an identity document. There are no times to be respected for returning at night, we just ask you not to make noise out of respect for the other guests present in the structure.
Taormina is one of the most attractive cities in Sicily. The structure is located in an very important historic point and in one of the most important squares, the Piazza Duomo. With a unique view of the piazza and the Madonna de la Rocca, you can feel yourself part of the Sicilian culture. Just a few steps away, you can walk along the famous Corso Umberto where you will find the best bars, restaurants and shops in the city. In less than 7 minutes on foot you can reach the beautiful Greek Theater, full of history and with a unique panorama, and the splendid Villa Comunale, the most beautiful garden in Sicily with the best view of the Etna Volcano.
The best way to get to know Taormina is on foot, since it is not a big city and is full of small and interesting streets. We understand that many of our guests arrive by car, but that is not a problem since they can leave it parked in the Parking Porta Catania, at only five minutes walking away from the structure or in some other private parking. You can also arrive by bus, from the Train Station or from the Airport, to the Taormina Bus Station.

Right in Taormina square. If you come by taxi you will walk about 150 meters then into the square. There are no elevators so pack lightly!
Otherwise this property is a great location, very updated and clean. Bed was very comfortable and great shower. Was easy to reach property host.

Super lækker og ren lejlighed, der lever op til beskrivelsen. Dejlig stor terrasse; eneste minus er naboens aircondition, og musikken fra det lille pizzaria i nabohuset. Der er stille og roligt i lejligheden. Centralt beliggende i den gamle bydel med 5 minutter til henholdsvis fine parkeringsmuligheder i p-hus samt til købmand.
