Location. It is right at the centre, close to shops and restaurants. Simone was very good with communication and with his local recommendations.

The bed in the main room was super uncomfortable as there was only a single post supporting in the bed so when one move it is like see-saw. It would be great if there are hangers in bedrooms and bathroom as there were no wardrobes in the accommodation. It didn't bother us as much as we were super tired every night but you will hear all the music until past midnight and there will be lots of bottles clean up noises after.

The property had amazing views from the balcony of the top room (No4). The location, while there are a lot of stairs to climb, has amazing views and is close the Taormina public parking station.

The kitchen facilities were ok. The bed and layout of the room for luggage storage could have been better. Having said that, the balcony was amazing and could be better used as an outdoor living area.

The location was fantastic! The room had everything we needed for a short stay.

The shower was hard to control, it had a hot water tank that went off and on so it was either too hot or too cold. Some lighting on bedside lamps and the bathroom mirror needed replacing. The nightclub outside the window was loud until late but it didn’t bother us too much.

Very good location, good amount of mirrors for a girl group, decent shower, the shutters were good at blacking out the sun when asleep.

One of the sole reasons we booked this apartment was for the pictures of the large terrace, so when we turned up and found that those pictures were in fact a different apartment for only 2 guests rather than the apartment for 5 people we were incredibly disappointed. The listing doesn’t show any other balconies except for the large one which is very misleading. The lighting in the property is horrible, very bright white lights with limited other options. Beds weren’t very comfortable, didn’t have fitted sheets so they constantly were coming away and exposing the mattresses. Some of the plugs we weren’t able to get adapters into.
