CASA SICULI is located in the center of Taormina, 50 meters from the popular Duomo di Taormina (an historic Catholic church from the Middle Ages). The apartment was designed with great attention to detail. The mix of rustic and modern design gives the interior a high-quality ambience. Guests can sleep on a king-size bed. A high-quality sofa bed with spring core is available for additional sleeping places. The entertainment system with a 60-inch TV as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime leaves nothing to be desired. A well-equipped small kitchen with a Lavazza coffee machine, a minibar and a wine bar are also available. The toilet has a bidet and a shower with seat. Hair dryer and towels are provided. Outside there is a seating area with a table and chairs for relaxing outdoors.

The apartment is well located at the top end of Taormina and perfect for popping in an out as you explore the town. I was there in April and the town was not too crowded with tourists but I know it will be in Summer. The apartment is very spacious and well equipped and super comfortable. As I was travelling alone I appreciated the large TV with a massive choice of channels from all around Europe, I was able to watch my team play which would not be possible even if I was home.The host was an excellent communicator in English and was extremely responsive. I needed to clarify the parking arrangement for my car as I originally understood the property had a garage. However, when I was there it was clear that it was impossible as it is within a ZTL and impossible to reach by car. The car parking is a multi storey car park about 9 mins walke away. It costs me Euro 28 per day for the parking but it was useful to have the car, particulalry for my trips to the nearby Mt. Etna which was stunning. Overall I would defintely recommend the apartment and the host.
