Good hotel find

Room is very spacious. Easy check in and check out process. The hotel has cafeteria by the reception which is handy for breakfast. Its also next to a Japanese restaurant which opens until late. Swimming pool is small but has good temperature water which is good for kids. Parking is free and easily accessible. Good for last minute booking.

Pleasant 4 night stay

Majority of staff were friendly and helpful especially the lady on checkin and out. Special thanks to Vanessa for allowing me to keep a rental bike in the room. Big supermarket round the corner and plenty of take aways locally.

Breakfast could have been more varied. Away from city center. Lack of public transport nearby.

Fantastic stay!

The hotel is in a great location, 10 minutes drive to Valencia city centre. The room was very comfortable and air-conditioning was great. The staff in the hotel was very attentive, special thanks to Isabella from the food and beverage team for making our experience so enjoyable. The housekeeping team was very efficient with the turndown service and reception and nights team were always helpful with ordering taxis and requests for the room. A big thank you to the Hotel Albufera team!

Nothing

We ordered and pay extra for a double bed and received twin beds. We asked to change and they change it after a long dialog and gave us a room stinks from smoking. The bed was offered with only a sheet as a blanket and not a real blanket. It is rated as 4 starts I will barely give it 3

Reasonable hotel for a decent price but don't expect a smile

The hotel's location is great and contains free indoor parking with plenty of space. The rooms are clean but don't expect more than that. Pretty decent breakfast with a good variety, but basic.

This is the third time I stay here and it always wonders me if the staff likes their job. No smile or interest. Just doing the job and that's it. If you don't expect more this is of course fine but a smile and warm welcome is always appreciated.

A good option right outside of Valencia on our way to the south

Very convenient location for us: right outside of Valencia city, close to the highway and on the way to the south. There is a very convenient and free underground carpark on site. The room was quite spacious and comfortable with a good ensuite bathroom. Breakfast was OK with a rather good selection of options. We found a limited number of restaurants in the close proximity. Overall, we were happy with our choice of hotel for our overnight stay.

Overall very nice, well located in terms of restaurant and activity options near the hotel, but abit underwhelming.

It’s a charming clean little hotel. It didn’t have a lot, and the weather didn’t help, but overall quite charming. It was near many restaurants and supermarkets, so it was easy to get things that you needed in case you forgot anything to bring with you, or go to famous restaurant chains. There was also a small mall next door, with a cinema and an arcade.

It was a bit misleading. It stated that it had an indoor swimming pool, but what it really was an outdoor swimming pool with a plastic cover that they didn’t put to work on the day we arrived (which was raining). We also found a cockroach inside the hotel room where we stayed. It didn’t bother us much, but maybe the hotel staff should take care that it doesn’t happen again to other guests. Also the location was a bit inconvenient since there were not many modes of transportation near with convenient times, and we had to book taxis a few times just to save time.

Exceptional

Spacious, neat and comfortable room, extra large bed, very good mattress and pillows, soundproof, excellent location next to the Albufera commercial center, plenty of restaurants around, excellent value for money. Would stay again.

Great for business and travellers with a car. Better options for leisure and city visits

Staff were very friendly. Good options for the breakfast too with plenty to choose from. The hotel was clean and there is excellent parking.

The facilities for leisure could have been cleaner and there could have been more lighting. Although the swimming was open until 9- it was only lit by the daylight so pitch black in november after 5pm. Changing facilities and leisure facilities need updated in general.

Superb

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location just outside Valencia, lots of amenities nearby. There's about 10 restaurants and a business park where the hotel is located. Excellent free parking under the hotel. Main road to Valencia is very close by.

Room a decent size ( given a disabled room which we did not need or ask for). Good size bathroom and very good shower.Good A/c. Swimming pool (a touch small but ok) but loses the sun in the afternood. Breakfast -reasonable range on offer but just ok really. Reception helpful. Various eateries nearby...best is Neco buffet very near.

Odd commercial area ( Sofaland). View of main road although noise very much reduced by dg. Evening meal not great although serving staff worked well

Good clean and friendly hotel. Would recommend to others.

Breakfast was very good. Lots of choice. Everywhere spotlessly clean and very helpful staff. Location good, free car parking. Short car ride to train station one stop into centre of Valencia. 15 minute drive to beach. Overall great hotel would recommend.

Sauna didn't get hot enough. Would like to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room as this was important to us.

Comfortable and clean with free parking

Rooms were lovely, comfy beds, nice bathroom, all very clean. My kids watched Tinkerbell on the tv and fell asleep. Good parking under the hotel so it keeps your vehicle cool and less dirty if it’s windy.

Not the greatest or prettiest location for visiting Valencia, but we were only stopping a night and chose it because it had parking.
