Great stay for lower chashoutlay and exploring the city!
Vintage property, very cool and authentic. Has common kitchen so all things you need is here. If you are coming to explore Valencia, this is a great place to stay, nights are very pleasant for sleeping and all fun you need is around the corner. Great value for money!

Super apartament, bardzo polecamy
Apartament jest położony w dobrej lokalizacji, blisko sklepów i restauracji, a do większości atrakcji w centrum można dojść na nogach w 30 minut. Zameldowanie było wręcz ekspresowe- w wiadomościach podano wszystkie potrzebne informacje, a dodatkowo właściciele zgodzili się przyjąć nas wcześniej od razu po naszym przylocie co było dla nas dużym plusem. Pan gospodarz był bardzo miłym i ciepłym człowiekiem, często pytał czy wszystko u nas w porządku i oferował pomoc w razie potrzeby (niestety mówi tylko po hiszpańsku, więc nie zawsze mogliśmy się zrozumieć). Kamienica jest bardzo ładna, urządzona w starym stylu co dodaje uroku apartamentowi. Pokój był czysty i przestronny, łóżko wygodne. Kuchnia bardzo dobrze wyposażona, z wieloma naczyniami i produktami takimi jak kawa czy sól.
Pewnym minusem była łazienka w pokoju. Generalnie zastaliśmy ją czystą i nie mieliśmy większych problemów, ale pierwszego dnia zatrzasnęliśmy drzwi- proponujemy uważać i delikatnie je zamykać. Poza tym nie da się ich zamknąć na klucz, co trochę obniża prywatność w pokoju. W łazience brakuje też haczyków na których można by powiesić mokre ręczniki. Dla mnie minusem było też słabe oświetlenie nad lustrem, dodałabym też jakąś półkę by można było położyć rzeczy. Są to drobne minusy, ale jednak trochę obniżają komfort korzystania z łazienki.

Cómodo, aseado, pero el aire acondicionado puede mejorar
Los cuartos muy limpios, tenían todo lo necesario para la estancia, nuestro cuarto daba al jardín delantero por lo cual era muy fresco, buena cocina.
El aire acondicionado no tenía suficiente potencia si quieres un clima muy muy frío, se puede usar el ventilador de techo, pero tiene un sonido no tan cómodo.

Houding Sonia. Kreeg avond voor mijn aankomst 2 mailtjes. In de 1e alleen een code. In de 2e weer een code met uitleg over een sleutelkastje. Geen toelichting en vriendelijke aanhef zoals bijvoorbeeld Beste gast, welkom morgen. Hierbij de benodigde codes om het huis te betreden. Een goede reis alvast gewenst! Misschien is bovenstaande tekst een idee voor Sonia: ook wat klantvriendelijker meteen.
