This is the kind of place where you can start each day with breakfast prepared in your kitchenette, watch a little TV in the adjacent living area, and then sit outside in the summer sun among the blooming hydrangeas and catch up on some reading.

This adorable cottage is just a little over a mile from the Cape Cod National Seashore Information Center, the perfect place to start a journey down the outer banks. Check out Maguire Landing Beach for fun on the Atlantic Coast or First Encounter Beach on the Cape, famous for having the most beautiful sunsets on Cape Cod. This beach is excellent at low tide when there is an expansive sandbar that goes out into the bay and at high tide when the water comes rushing in to 100 feet off the parking lot. And when you've worked up an appetite, check out Joeys Joint as well as Laura & Tony's Kitchen, both within five miles of this home.

This cottage is part of a condo association with multiple units on the same lot. This home is located on the left side when entering through the gate.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. No more dogs are allowed.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

I found this sweet place to get away to after loosing my husband of 35yrs. It was the perfect place for me...just peaceful, quaint, abundant with flowering window boxes on the cottages, and the nicest hosts...Mary and Marianne,

We had a great time in this cozy, charmingly decorated cottage. It's clean, comfortable and had everything we needed in a beautiful quiet spot.

We loved our stay! Was perfect for a couple + dog. All you need and beautifully decorated. Reading about the original cabins in the welcome binder was an extra treat. We lucked out by visiting Cape Cod for the first time one day after labour day, opening up dog access and free parking to many beaches - First Encounter was our favourite.

Love how cozy this place is. The air conditioner was needed in the hot summer nights. However it was extremely loud and was very close to the bed. The guide was not helpful at all. The website says to put in "Eastham Cottages" when you can't find the location. We went to the address provided, which was actually 10-13 minutes further down of the actual location. The directions should say more specifically NOT to use the address, but just go with the name of the place to begin with to avoid wasting time.
