The first level of this clean and beautifully maintained home has a nice open floor plan from the cathedral ceiling in the living room with loft above to the dining area, and a bright kitchen with vaulted ceiling as well. There is also a full bathroom with stand up shower and two guest bedrooms; one with a queen size bed and one with two twin beds with two twin trundles under.
The second floor has a comfortable loft for a second sitting area and a master bedroom with queen size bed and a full bathroom with a combination tub and shower.
The house sits on a wooded, level piece of land with deck, screened-in porch, and an enclosed outdoor shower in the backyard. This rental comes with the right to use the association path within the neighborhood to access the association portion of Herring Pond.
The house is located just 1.9 miles from First Encounter Beach, 3.3 miles from Coast Guard Beach, 3.4 miles from the center of Orleans, and 4.8 miles from the Wellfleet Drive-in and Cinemas.
Amenities include: ductless air conditioning, wireless internet, 2 televisions with expanded cable, washer and dryer in basement, dishwasher, electric range, drip coffee maker, charcoal grill, outdoor furniture, and outdoor enclosed shower. Sheets and towels are not included but can be rented.
Additional Fees: $175 Non-Refundable Reservation Fee and State and Local Taxes Apply. There will be a $150 cleaning fee added to any 2-5 night stays off-season only.
