About this house rental
Clean 2 bedroom ranch with walkout basement on 1/2 acre lot. New large outside shower, private backyard, deck, new Casper queen size mattress, two twin beds. Walk to local pond, library, and small store. 1/4 mile to bike trail and about 2 miles to ocean beaches and 7 local bay beaches. No highway or traffic noise but still walk to new Eastham library or windmill functions. Other close-by activities: Charter fishing (Rock Harbor & Wellfleet Harbor), whale watching, flea market, National Seashore Park walking trails and many restaurants.

This property is the quintessential Cape Cod cottage. Additionally, it was quiet, close to Route 6, close to shopping, close to great food and only a short distance to all of the Eastham area beaches.

Very nice place. Exactly as advertised. Quiet private road. Having a traffic light to get out on Rt 6 is a big plus. Craig answered any questions we had quickly. Would stay there again.

One week stay in this cozy private home in a small neighborhood. We loved having an AC in each room, breakfast on the deck, washer dryer on site, outdoor shower and plenty of shade. There was a large yard outback perfect if you bring kids, and great beaches nearby. Perfect access to lots of outdoor activities like biking, hiking, swimming, walks on the beach… Easy access to stores, galleries, preserves and P’town! Craig was very responsive and helpful throughout booking and our stay. We recommend this cozy hide away and hope to return.

This modest house had everything we needed for a 10-day stay. It was perfect for the two of us. Some of the things we really liked: a great queen-size bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a walk-in lower level for storing bikes and doing laundry, good reading lights in the bedrooms, and even a clothesline which was handy for beach towels and such.
The house is surrounded by trees on a short dirt road off the main street, near Route 6, but very quiet, near access to a pond, very close to the bike path, steps away from a market, and the beautiful public library. The owner was easily available for any questions and checked in with us mid-visit. We had a great experience and hope to rent again.
