This peaceful 25‑acre freshwater pond is ideal for swimming, boating, fishing, and simply soaking up the sunshine. Whether you’re planning a family vacation, a couples’ retreat, or a quiet escape, this cozy cottage offers the charm of classic Cape Cod with the comforts of home.
A Cozy Cottage With Everything You Need
This one‑of‑a‑kind cottage accommodates up to four guests and is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its space. Both bedrooms feature comfortable beds with built‑in storage, and the main living area includes a futon for additional sleeping space. After a day outdoors, cool off with the cottage’s air conditioning or unwind on the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful pond.
Prefer to relax indoors? The three‑season screened‑in porch is a guest favorite—open the windows, sip your morning coffee at the bar tables, and enjoy the breeze drifting through the pines. The full bath includes a convenient walk‑in shower, and the fully equipped kitchenette makes it easy to prepare everything from a simple breakfast to a classic Cape Cod lobster dinner. A private parking spot and a short wooden walkway make access simple and convenient.

Lorina and Mike’s cottage is cute, clean, and comfortable, and they couldn’t be better, more responsive hosts. We so appreciated their approval of our last minute booking for this long weekend we so desperately needed. We especially loved the beautiful view of the pond, and eating and reading on their deck overlooking it. We will definitely be back!

Love, love, love this location on Minister's Pond in Eastham MA. This cottage is the quintessential Cape Cod experience, fresh water pond, close to the ocean beach.2 couples or a family of 4 are very comfortable here.

The cottage is quaint and there were more supplies provided than expected.
Only unexpected event was the ongoing buzzsaw next door that ruined our quiet dinner time from 3 pm - 7 pm.
