About this cottage rental
Walk 5 min to the end of the lane to your private Bay Beach for swimming, fishing, endless beach walks, and spectacular sunsets. Year-round original Cape Cod cottage attached to owner's residence on quiet dead-end gravel road, with separate driveway and yard. Close to National Seashore and Bay Beaches. Short walk to Wiley Park at Great Pond for fresh water swimming, playground and fishing. One mile to Cape cod Bike Trail. Bedroom 1 w/queen bed (queen sheets provided) Bedroom 2 w/3 twin beds (twin sheets are not provided but available for rental on request) Blankets, and towels for each guest. Full complete kitchen including range, microwave and expandable dining set for 4-6. Full bath with tub/shower. Washer/dryer and storage for personal items (bikes, beach chairs etc.).Outdoor shower, gas grill and picnic table for 6. Cable TV/DVD, wireless Internet access, books and board games incase it rains. Regular trash pick up. Close to area attractions and restaurants.

This accomodation is on a quiet, beautiful neighborhood that is itself a lovely place to walk. Heard owls each night, and a variety of birds during the day. The deck was a great place for morning coffee and reading.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage — cute and extremely clean. We loved its proximity to the rail trail and to the beach. Bob was welcoming and responsive.

We needed to find a new place for our annual vacation due to our usual spot not available for rent anymore. This cottage was so clean, cozy and exactly what we were looking for! Everything from check-in to our last day was phenomenal. My children, 8 and 5, even stated that it was “a great home away from home” and they didn’t want to leave! Thank you, we will be back!!
