Exceptionally well maintained home located close to Orleans within an easy drive to bay, ocean and fresh water beaches.

The first floor of this beautiful and tastefully decorated home offers a well-equipped kitchen with all new stainless appliances , dining area, living room with large flat screen cable television, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and a bedroom with queen size bed, window air conditioner and television. There is also a fabulous screened porch with ceiling fan and comfortable patio furniture.
The second floor has a central office space, a bedroom with queen size bed, window air conditioner and television and a bedroom with two twin beds and a window air conditioner. There is a Jack and Jill bathroom with bathtub located between both bedrooms.
The basement has a ping-pong table, foosball table, and a washer and dryer. The house is set on a nice, level parcel of land just perfect for your favorite summer games. The Cape Cod Rail Trail bike trail is only 1/2 mile away.
Amenities include: wireless internet, telephone, air conditioning wall unit on the first floor, a/c window units in all bedrooms, 3 televisions, gas grill, 4 beach chairs and enclosed outdoor shower. Sheets and Towels are not provided.

Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

We had an excellent time staying at this home. It is very comfortable and well appointed. The porch room is a major highlight, and we enjoyed eating meals and playing games around it. No Cape house is complete without an outdoor shower, so we were glad this home had one, and it was clean with minimal spiders. We met one of the owners on the way out, and he was very friendly.The house comfortably fit six people and seemed to have mostly new appliances.Something to note, is that this house is listed on other websites for less than it is on Vrbo. I recommend booking through one of those to avoid the extra fees.I would definitely recommend this home!

This home was perfect for our family of four. While very convenient, being right off of 6, the house and yard was extremely quiet and peaceful. The house was close to many beaches, both bayside and oceanside, as well as other attractions such as the Wellfleet Drive-in, Mini-Golf, and even a quick drive up to Provincetown. The house itself was clean, and we spent every night outside on the screened in patio, which was great to have. There is also a ping pong table and foosball table in the basement, which we didn't have a chance to test out, since we were fortunate enough to have only sunny days during our stay. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
