This home is a one floor dwelling with open living room and newly renovated kitchen. The rest of the house was completely renovated in 2015. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Skaket Beach on Cape Cod Bay and Nauset Beach on the Atlantic Ocean. Crystal Lake and Pilgrim Lake are within a half mile for fresh water swimming and fishing. Easy walking distance to Kent's Point Conservation area, This home has an open spacious kitchen and living room with a large flat screen TV and new appliances and a large table that seats 6 . It has stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. It has free WiFi, central air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms. There is also and outdoor shower.
The master bedroom has a king size bed, large screen TV with walk in closet and master bath with double sinks.
Second bedroom is spacious with walk in closet and king size bed with a large screen TV.
Third bedroom has a queen size bed and roomy closet. The 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom with double sinks and a washer and dryer.
There is a deck with outdoor furniture and a gas grille. There is a large lawn and detached garage. There is also a fire pit. In the garage are coolers, beach chairs and boogie boards for your use

We have stayed in many VRBO rentals. This was the best. It was in a fantastic location. The great room was a wonderful place to gather after a day at the close by Nauset Beach. The King size beds were more than comfortable.

We loved this place. Stayed here for 2 weeks with our 3 kids. Great yard for them to play. Cool outdoor fire pit with chairs and outdoor deck. They have an outdoor shower that’s huge. Offer full cable and have TVs throughout the house. All appliances were new and the house was tastefully decorated/ furnished.The 3 bedrooms were large with walk in closets and 2 indoor bathrooms. The basement offers a cool hockey rink that provided lots of entertainment for my kids. Central air was fantastic. They have a garage that’s stocked with any beach equipment you may need! Lots of kitchen stuff to prepare any type of meal - I saw an instapot, crock pot and large pots for a clam bake!Great property in an awesome location. Art and Meredith were wonderful hosts. We definitely will be back in 2021!
