About this house rental
Beautifully redone Cape Cod house in Orleans. Open floor plan, expansive living room including gas fire place. Open fully stocked kitchen and comfortable dining room. Master bedroom with floor-to-ceiling wrap around windows. Great sun in all rooms of the house. Close to town, beaches, bike trails, great restaurants and less than a mile from public boat access. Big expansive deck with BBQ included perfect for entertaining. Situated in a quiet neighborhood with a large private yard it is perfect for a family getaway.
The house is located in an area of Orleans that makes it easy to get everything that the Cape has to offer. It's a short drive to Chatham with it's shops and amazing views. Orleans center is a 5 minute drive from the home. World famous Nauset beach is under 10 minutes by car, and the local bay beaches are a short drive away.
The neighborhood is extremely quiet. You may see one car drive by the home a day! It's located close to town landing. It's a beautiful walk down Portanimicut road, one of the best roads in Orleans!
The house pricing as you see based on the dates you selected is for a 2 bedroom and 1 bathroom layout ideal for a family of 4. That comes with a queen bed, and two twin beds plus one bathroom! This makes it easy for smaller families to benefit and use the home who don't need all the space.
If you would like access to the newly renovated master suite upstairs, we charge an extra $700 on top of the VRBO price you see per week! This space includes an additional bedroom with a queen bed, extra living room with couch/futon and seating, and an additional bathroom with soaking tub ideal for a family of 6. We will pro-rate the price for anything less than 7 nights during the off season. Note: This is a SINGLE family home. The suite is located on the second level (which we block off if guests only rent the first floor).

Perfect house for a wonderful Cape vacation. Great amenities and very spacious. It's also close to our favorite spots and not far from the highway to venture out to Beachcomber and Provincetown. Highly recommend!

Based on reviews from previous guests, cleanliness was rated highly. This was not our experience. The deck furniture had covers on them that were covered in mud. The deck wasn’t swept and the small rug just inside the kitchen was old and filthy. The notebook outlining how to use the Television, gas fireplace, area highlights, local beaches etc. hadn’t been updated since 2016. One of the downstairs bedrooms had a visible leak on the ceiling from the bathroom above. We notified the owner who offered us a refund if we gave his property a positive rating. I have his offer in writing along with pictures on my phone. The couches were covered with white cotton blankets that were not clean. I washed and dried them and returned them to both couches, what a difference. The house, although in need of attention and repairs, was really beautiful. It made us sad that greed
