Overall we enjoyed our stay but wouldn't recommend the apartment as I didn't like the entrance to the apartment
Apartment was centrally located , clean and comfortable.
It was difficult to find and noisy during the night.

Very disappointing
On arrival the sitting room was filthy; carpet, sofas. Covers were requested for sofas but in the end did not even sit in them. Balcony glass and windows appalling. Not a relaxed break at all.

The flat was very comfortable, well equipped and convenient for access to the A1 by car and Newcastle city centre by foot, in about 15 minutes. We were met at the flat to pick up keys and prior to arrival Sarah was extremely helpful on the phone, answering my questions.

Excellent location, easily accessible with free parking on-site and very efficient check-in process.
Starting to feel very worn around the edges - broken bar stool in the kitchen and needs repainting throughout. In terms of general cleanliness, there is room for improvement - there was lots of dust around the television, cigarette butts on the balcony ashtray from a previous guest, and a mouldy shower enclosure. Also worth noting - there is a fee for a children’s high chair. This is unusual for a family-friendly property.
