The server in the breakfast room had eggs made for me after the buffet ran out and he was very nice.
The shower was too small.

The staff here is beyond amazing. They were very helpful, friendly and nice. The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center.
The rooms were clean. Beds are comfortable and you have everything you need.
The furniture and decor is a bit dated but you can see that in the pictures.

Some disappointing room problems:
One of the shower sliding doors missing, resulting in wet shower room floor.
Room door stiff to open and close.
Hair dryer hose not very secure. Had a
tendency to fall off, leaving the machine running.

The staff were very helpful and the location was good.
The hotel in general felt under disrepair when you got past the lobby. One lift had damaged flooring and my room had many things broken in it (lamp, shower curtain), in addition to the smelly drains that were bad enough that housekeeping would open the windows after cleaning the room.
