Beautiful property with a fantastic location. The staff was wonderful and breakfasts were amazing.

We loved the property and found it to be lovely. Our experience was mostly with one person from the desk (I believe his name was Advin? - he's been there for 15 years). He was amazing! Wonderful to talk with and knowledgeable about the area. He gave us always the best attention, very good recommendations for dinner, and was just a pleasure. He's a valuable member of your staff.

Very good breakfast . Fab rooms .great location within Milano Marittima but also for nearby towns and mirabilandia theme park. Friendly and attentive staff . We loved our holiday and can’t fault the hotel . Felt very Covid safe.

Die Lage

Es gab kein Willkommen Getränk und bei unserer Nachfrage wurde geantwortet das Booking Kunden nicht vorgesehen ist. Beim duschen wurde das gesamte Bad unter Wasser gesetzt, weil die Ablaufgullis höher waren als die Fliesen. Der vom Hotel im Zimmer zu Verfügung gestellte Kugelschreiber klebte als wenn er gerade aus ein Honigtopf gezogen. Alles in allem ist die 5 Sterne Bewertung völlig falsch. Diese Unterkunft ist eine Schande für Italien.

Bellissima struttura con terrzzo sul mare; personale gentilissimo

Hotel bellissimo, dotato di ottimi comforts e servizi impeccabili. La struttura è in riva al mare con un confortevolissimo terrrazzo sul mare. Personale estremamente cortese e sempre disponibile. Pulizia eccezionale.

La sala per la colazione bellissima, vista mare. La stanza bella con vasca idro

La camera bella con la vasca idro ha avuto un guasto, perdita di acqua per tutto il bagno, in piu la doccia aveva acqua che sapeva di fogna. Ci hanno sostiuito subito la camera con un’altra, pero’ purtroppo senza vasca. Meno bella. Con il frigobar rumorosissimo, disturba il sonno. Andrebbe sostituito. Per l’inconveniente mi aspettavo un trattamento diverso, non solamente la bottiglietta d’acqua naturale offerta del frigo bar.
