Nice place, exceptionall breakfast!

That’s it!) we stayed one night, received a room upgrade, comfy bed for a good sleep. Parking you can chose on the street if it’s free place there, it’s safe. I took a morning swim before breakfast , that was good. But the best part of being in this hotel for me was the breakfast!)) I was impressed, just go on an try, you can thank me later)

Excellent breakfast & room, but cold swimming pools

The breakfast was excellent and the staff, particularly at breakfast, were always friendly & helpful. The location is very good, as you are very close to the beach. The room was very clean & spacious, with a large balcony, with comfortable chairs and a good view of the sea.

Both pools were very cold, even though it was mid September, and so we spent very little time swimming in them. We were annoyed that when we went to use the hotel's beach, we were told that we had to pay 25 euros per day for a bed ! However, this was probably the fault of Booking.com who did not make this clear when we booked the room.

Very good location you can do everthing in the area shopping and good restaurants.

Very simple breakfast and there is 1 people work on the swimmingpool, when you order something you wait long time. Most of the people cannot speak english. 😟😟😟

Superb

Breakfast amazing especially the late morning chance to sleep and have breakfast until 11, which rarely happens in hotels. The buffet was well arranged and almost everything available sushi as well. Lovely fruits. Nice swimming pools. Nice sun beds. Couldn’t ask for more

Mattresses in the double bed… were two singles and a bit old and hard no memory no lattice, the glass door of the toilets which leaves no privacy. Pisces of drinks a bit expensive. A smoothly 18 euros or an analcolica beer 8 euros… small natural water 3 euros… all In all great experience

construction work ongoing for more than 3 years, trash on the balconies and on garage rooftop still left, strange sound from toilet during the whole night, „designer“ faucet not usable anymore, shower over- engineered, breakfast weak, service almost nor available, narrow parking garage dirty with a lot of old stuff, needs major makeover

Rooms offered enough space

Breakfast was not fresh(and partly empty), room weren’t cleaned well (Tea mocks were not cleaned), sauna didn’t work. We asked for a third towel (we were three of us) but they came to check our room if the missing towel was indeed missing !

No one to help us with luggage when we arrived. No instructionsin the room on how TV, shower/bath/jacuzzi complex worked. No booklet on Restaurants, how to get to the pool etc. local amenities etc

Dommage pour l'état de la salle de bains

Manque d'entretien technique dans la salle de bains (carrelage cassé, pommeau de douche endommagé, poubelle abimée, ...). De plus, superbe combiné (bain - douche - jaccuzzi - sauna) impossible à faire fonctionner étant donné qu'il y a tellement de commandes. Un mode d'emploi aurait été apprécié

Considerando le stelle ho trovato tante cose in stanza ormai vecchie rovinate come la struttura del letto, l’armadio ormai vissuto e decisamente da sostituire ed una doccia trucco che sembra promettere sauna ed Idromassaggio ma nella realtà funziona solo la doccerà sali e scendi come in un qualsiasi hotel e a 2/3 stelle.

Siamo tornati in questa struttura per il secondo anno consecutivo, confidando nell’esperienza positiva dell’anno precedente. Purtroppo, il soggiorno di quest’anno si è rivelato deludente sotto diversi aspetti, soprattutto considerando la classificazione a 5 stelle dell’hotel. All’arrivo ci è stata assegnata una camera decisamente più piccola e meno funzionale rispetto a quella prenotata, non adatta a una coppia. La situazione è apparsa ancora più spiacevole quando abbiamo scoperto che un nostro amico e collega, arrivato il giorno successivo con una prenotazione effettuata solo poche ore prima ed essendo da solo, aveva ricevuto una sistemazione nettamente superiore alla nostra. Abbiamo segnalato la discrepanza alla reception, ma ci è stato risposto che la camera assegnata era conforme alla prenotazione – nonostante le immagini e le specifiche su Booking indicassero chiaramente il contrario. Per evitare ulteriori discussioni, abbiamo accettato di pagare un supplemento per un cambio camera. Purtroppo, anche dopo il cambio, non sono mancati i disagi: in due mattine su tre, mia moglie ha dovuto fare la doccia con l’acqua fredda. Il servizio colazioni ha mostrato gravi carenze di personale, con inevitabili ritardi e disguidi: più volte le ordinazioni sono arrivate sbagliate o incomplete, e l’atmosfera risultava piuttosto tesa. Nel complesso, il livello del servizio non è all’altezza di un hotel 5 stelle: la nostra sensazione è quella di un 4 stelle standard, con alcuni aspetti gestionali da rivedere. Al termine del soggiorno, ci è stato riconosciuto un piccolo sconto come gesto di cortesia, che abbiamo apprezzato, ma che non è bastato a riequilibrare l’esperienza globale. Con dispiacere, non possiamo dire che questa seconda volta abbia confermato le aspettative.

Stanza molto grande con altrettanto grande terrazza. Bagno grande con doccia e vasca idromassaggio. Bottiglia di bollicine e frutta fresca in stanza come ben venuto.
