Worst 5 star hotel experience ever

Only the staff

You pay that high money for a 5 stars hotel but actually 3 stars hotel on town mich better than this. I will never go back again to this hotel. Dont waste your money!

Wel heel goed bed, strandbar aan het hotel en strandzetels waren echt top.

Ontbijt was echt beneden alle peil. Geen vers brood, aangelengd fruitsap, kaas en charcuterie waren zeer gemiddeld v kwaliteit, je kon niet vragen naar een omelet of paardenoogeitje…

Kamer en badkamer zijn erg gedateerd. Vooral de douche

Modul impecabil în care am fost primiți, atenția la detalii, curățenia, personalul extrem de amabil și săritor, totul de nota10.

De notat ca deși în program scrie ca zona spa este deschisă până la ora 19, încă de la 18:25 nu am mai fost primiți.

Der Blick aus dem Meerblick Zimmer war sehr schön! Das Frühstück ist gut und die Atmosphäre gut.

Die Dusche im Zimmer ist eine Katastrophe ! Eng und zu viele Hebel die nicht richtig funktionieren. Der Pool hat am Nachmittag keine Sonne mehr! Der Barkeeper war sehr unhöflich! Die Liegen am Strand waren leer und trotzdem bekam man für 65€ nur Reihe 10 angeboten! Vorn kosten sie 120€👎

Il Palace sempre una garanzia

Posizione , cordialità dello staff , pulizia e colazione abbondante ( c’era tutto il necessario per ogni esigenza)

“ Mio parere personale” la spiaggia del Palace non dovrebbe permettere l’ ingresso ad estranei ma solo agli ospiti dell’albergo. Ho notato che era troppo caotica la spiaggia e i prezzi alti per una postazione di ombrellone normalissima … anche troppo vicine le distanze tra un ombrellone all altro…. Ho notato questa cosa semplicemente perché i competitor … hanno curato invece questi particolari che danno l’esclusività all’ospite . Se il Palace vuole rendere possibile l ingresso anche a persone che vengono da fuori ( per la spiaggia) dovrebbe almeno dare una convenzione per quelli che già fanno parte del soggiorno .
