Service and location on point!

Super service, very gentile and professional personell! Stefania that manages the Hotel has the perfect manner to handle clients in any way! She really created a lovely team. You can feel the good chemistry within the Team, which they perfectly transfer to their clients. We had a little uncommon problem, but the hotel solved it with no hesitation to our fullest satisfaction.

The balcony was a little to small.

Everything was great! The crew was nice and the assistance and reception the best. The room with a great air-conditioning. Very close to the beach…

The only point is the limited number of car parking in the hotel and it is a little bit difficult to find a parking slot on the streets around. However, for me, it was not something to depreciate the stay. In addition, you will have to pay for parking either in the hotel or on the street.

Room was missing toilet paper so we had to ask, but staff was friendly and sorted out in a few minutes.

The staff excellent, the facilities were difficult due to stairs without hand rails, are risky but the people helped are really nice! The breakfasts were good and the people that work in the H House Hotel are really good !!!

A relaxing stay, and would definitely recommend to many!

It was quite new and the exterior breathes a dark elegance surrounded by glass panes where the reception area was. The room was comfortable with a balcony in each, and comes with air conditioning which is a need in Italy during summer. The staff were a plus! Always smiling and greeting us, very friendly and helpful despite speaking minimal English. Location is to die for. Literally less than a 500m walk to the beach. Breakfast was lovely with a variety of options and up to 12pm which most hotels don’t do. Checking out is at 12pm which again, most hotels don’t offer such window so everything was very relaxing.

Just one thing - the bathroom sliding door could be improved further as it doesn’t exactly block out the water from overflowing when you’re showering.

Speciale

Abbiamo soggiornato all’M House Hotel dal 1 all’8 settembre e siamo rimaste entusiaste! Abbiamo viaggiato con un bassottino e si è trovato benissimo anche lui L’hotel è nuovo, moderno, curato nei minimi dettagli e soprattutto molto pulito. La posizione è comodissima: a due passi dalla spiaggia, vicinissimo al centro di Milano Marittima e anche a Cervia. Un ringraziamento speciale va allo staff: Valerio, Sara, Claudio e Luca ci hanno accolte con una simpatia e una gentilezza rare, facendoci sentire subito a casa. Anche le ragazze delle pulizie sono sempre state disponibili, educate e con il sorriso. È stato un soggiorno che ci ha lasciato un bellissimo ricordo: ci siamo trovate talmente bene che abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore qui (forse più all’hotel che a Mima in generale 😂). Grazie davvero a tutto il personale, torneremo sicuramente!

L hotel molto bello, peccato il bagno ceco , ma la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff ha sopperito questo aspetto, la colazione poi, ricca e in un ambiente molto tranquillo e elegante. La camera veramente bella e spaziosa.

Staff gentile, disponibile, accogliente. Struttura pulitissima, moderna e in ottima posizione, vicinissima al mare e a negozi e ristoranti. Il parcheggio interno e i tagliandi convenzionati con il Comune per parcheggiare nelle immediate vicinanze sono molto convenienti. La colazione fornita di tutto e di più, con particolare menzione alle uova strapazzate: perfette!
