Best stop for after or pre cruise stay from Ravenna

Wished I’d upgraded my room. Even though it was stunning. We didn’t have the best view. But I didn’t moan as wasn’t in room much. All rooms were stunning.

Pleasant

Breakfast was nice with a variety of buffet and made-to-order options. Hotel was exceptionally clean and staff were pleasant. Good location. Room was comfortable and had good air-conditioning.

On arrival, we were expecting the receptionist to tell us a bit about the hotel, such as breakfast timings, where things were located etc, but we received nothing of the sort. On the booking.com website for the hotel, it lists a number of facilities that don't exist, such as the second pool, free hot tub, fitness centre etc. Although these things were not essential, we felt a bit misled by this. Finally, maybe this is our own fault for not being well-informed about how the beach pricing works in Italy, but on our first day we went down to the beach and sat on the sunbeds near the sea thinking nothing of it. We were shortly approached by one of the beach club workers who asked us if we were staying at the hotel and what room we were in. Around 5 minutes later, the worker returned and presented us a bill of $50. We did end up taking this to the hotel reception who kindly cancelled the bill since we moved away from the beach, but this is something we would've appreciated being made aware of beforehand. Something to be conscious of when visiting.

Location. The swimming pool. Personnel ! They were very kind and available. Is not cheap. Probably I would rate a bit more if I would spend a bit less. But their price were aligned with the other hotels. A special offer would be very well accepted...

The welcoming and services was excellent, very friendly staff and rooms were clean. Location is the best since it’s just at the beach side and 200 m away from center, enjoyed staying in it.

Worthy of the four stars

The hotel is nicely furnished, the room is beautiful, the balcony just spacious enough to sit on and enjoy the view of the beach. The food is incredible and the staff are very polite and attentive. An overall amazing experience.

It is a shame that there were many jellyfish in the sea at that time, so I dod not swim. The hotel has a pool anyways. The neighboring hotel covers part of the view from my room to the beach, but part of the hotel has unobstructed views of the entire beach. Nothing major.

Everything was perfect - the design, location, comfort level, breakfast and last, but not least the super friendly staff. The receptionist ladies, the waiters, everyone was very kind and we felt like at home. Will come back!

Personale attento ed "accudente" , come tipico della Romagna . Struttura completamente rinnovata ed arredata con gusto e confort. Posizione impagabile sul lungomare ma adiacente al centro . Eccellente !

Schönes empfehlenswertes Hotel an der Strandpromenade

Schön geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel direkt an der Strandpromenade. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, Eierspeisen und Frühstücksgetränke werden auf Bestellung frisch zubereitet. Schöner Außenpool.

Matratzen waren hart. Direkt neben dem Hotel gab es eine Baustelle mit der entsprechenden Lärm- und vor allem Staubentwicklung.

schitterende locatie, met mogelijkheid om achter slot te parkeren, en mogelijkheid om te zwemmen in het open zwembad, dat echter 's nachts niet toegedekt wordt, zodat het wel wat frisjes is begin Oktober.

Het gebouw is zo geconstrueerd dat de geluidsisolatie tussen de kamers praktisch onbestaande is, wat geen probleem is bij stille gasten, maar wat wel serieus tegenvalt bij lawaaierige rasgenoten.

La posizione è sicuramente il suo forte. Direttamente sulla spiaggia. ampio balcone Personale gentile e disponibile, colazione buona e di qualità

Le camere necessitano di un restilyng in quanto datate, ma soprattutto poco insonorizzate. Sentire lo sciacquone dei piani superiori o le conversazioni nella camera a fianco non contribuiscono al relax e ti impongono, per educazione di parlare piano e tenere basso il volume della televisione. Bagno piccolo.

Einfach toll. Wir kommen wieder.

Ein sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Hotel, super nettes und professionelles Personal (vor allem im Service). Das Frühstück sowie Abendessen sind sehr empfehlenswert und lecker. Das Hotel ist nah beim Strand aber auch nicht weit von der Innenstadt gelegen.

Hotel con encanto muy recomendable

Hotel familiar hecho con un gusto exquisito. Esta enfrente de la playa y tienen un beach club que también es de ellos, excepcional. Me gusto mucho el personal desde las recepcionistas al personal del desayuno y la gente que limpia las habitaciones.

No puedo tener ninguna queja. Solo diría que hubiese un interruptor en la habitación que cerrase todas las luces al lado de la cama para no levantarse por si te has dejado alguna abierta.
