Perfect place to stay particularly for an Ironman athlete

Absolutely everything was amazing! We got incredibly lucky to get the apartment with the best view of the sea. The apartment itself is spacious, clean, with all the new furniture and everything you might need (dishwasher, stove, microwave, washing machine). We came for Ironman and the washbasin on the balcony was super handy to wash the wetsuits and dry them without getting the apartment wet. Leonardo is a great host! He made us very welcome, was extremely helpful (for example, gave us a parking pass to park around Cervia for free) and even cheered for us during the running leg of Ironman. If I could give an 11 to rate our stay, I totally would!

Phenomenal, It was all self service but I felt like the customer service was hotel worthy.

Everything was perfect. I arrived late due to my flight being delayed so when I arrived everything was closed, however I rang the number given and the owner came out to meet me personally. It was amazing service

Exceptional Stay

The apartment is spacious with everything you need for a comfortable staying. It has a large, sunny terrace that is ideal for dining and relaxing. Excellent location, close to both the sea and the heart of Mima. The owner, Leonardo, is fantastic—incredibly he's cordial and friendly. I hope to come back soon. Highly reccomended!

Leonardo is a very hospitable owner. The room was clean, with new furniture and kitchen utensils. The free parking ticket was provided by the residents for the whole of Cervia. The hotel is located 150m away from the city center. 2nd line from the sea.

Rooms were extremely clean and spacious, with exceptional sea view. The residence is situated in the centre of Milano Marittima and very close to beach clubs. Staff was polite and really competent.

Great location. Very nice and helpful staff. Apartments spacious, well equipped, very clean. If you want to spend a good holiday in Millano Marritima I recommend Residence Jamaica. I'm gonna return there for sure.

L’accueil est très chaleureux, les hotes sont disponibles et arrangeants ! Les logements sont propres et spacieux avec des grands balcons vue sur mer. Je recommande avec plaisir et reviendrai sans hesitation si je doit revenir à Cervia ! Merci pour tout !

La nostra esperienza è stata davvero ottima sotto ogni punto di vista. Fin dal primo momento Leonardo si è dimostrato super carino, accogliente e sempre disponibile. Ha fatto di tutto per venire incontro alle nostre richieste, con gentilezza e attenzione, rendendo il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. La struttura è in una posizione perfetta: tranquilla ma a due passi sia dal centro che dal lungomare, il che ci ha permesso di muoverci comodamente a piedi per visitare la zona e goderci il mare. Tutto era pulito, ordinato e ben curato, e si percepiva la cura e la passione con cui viene gestito il posto. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio come a casa. Se dovessimo tornare in zona, non avremmo dubbi: torneremmo sicuramente qui. Consigliatissimo!

Vše bylo perfektní

Milé přivítání od majitele a možnost se na něj po celou dobu pobytu obrátit. Ubytování bylo pohodlné, prostorné. Klimatizace zvlášť pro obě místnosti. Nádherná veliká stinná terasa, takže se dalo snídat nebo večer posedět. Celé město je ve stínu borovic, tak i to je veliké plus. Skvělé umístění blízko pláží a to i té veřejné. Kolem spousty obchodů, restaurací, všude zeleň. Parkování jsme měli uvnitř areálu, na svém místě, za což ještě jednou veliké díky. Ubytování je i s pejsky, takže pro nás další plus. Dovolenou jsme si moc užili a celou dobu jsme se tu cítili jako doma. Kdyby jsme jeli opět do Milano Marittima, tak se na 100% ubytujeme zde.
