We enjoyed our stay over the weekend.it was easy to get taxi and was only a few minutes drive to shops and restaurants.

It was very modern, close to the beach. The breakfast was good and had a lot of variety. The rooms were spacious and we had a wonderful view of the sea.

The beds were not comfortable and the pillows too firm for my comfort.

It is fairly nice hotel with great cuisine but I dont have an idea how they deserved those four stars.

The restaurant and their dishes were remarkable.

The hotel looks nice from the street. If you enter inside you see pretty reception and everything like corridors are newly refurbished. However while you enter the room (and we payed more for room with seaview), you are suddenly little nit dissapointed. The rooms and their equipment are obsolete. The A/C didn’t work properly and the bed was very uncomfortable. There are also nice swimming pool, but during afternoon it becomes quite dirty.

Bad experience, old hotel

Location is ok, just in front of the beach

No hot water in the shower, the building seems under renovation, with abandoned furniture on the room floors, renovation material in the outside area of the hotel. The breakfast had a very poor buffet, caotic, with dry croissants and little choice. They used plastic cups to serve coffee. The staff was not available at the reception. Very bad experience.

absolutely nothing !!!

it is the worst 4 Star Hotel i have ever stayed in. nothing was good about this hotel from the breakfast which was for me uneatable. the air conditioning was turned off because of the building work which was going on all over the place. the shower doors were hanging off as was the bedroom door. it was probably decorated 20 years ago and needs it doing again desperately. the whole place needs a overhaul and should shut till it’s done.

the bed is firm the view from the bathroom window

There are two things going for this hotel. The view from your bathroom window and the bed. This hotel is more like a hostel. Food see pictures is awful. These photos were taken with an hour left on the service. Carton juice, tinned fruit, surly staff. Scrambled eggs made probably around 6 and left out. Breakfast starts at 7:30 but you are able to go in earlier but full of workmen.

Disappointing.

Nice entry area, friendly staff, huge choices at breakfast.

I was traveling on my own and reserved a single bed. Unfortunately, the room was literally the size of a closet. It was raining the entire weekend so I would have had to stay in that "room" a lot. I asked if they had something larger, they did but they had me pay 25% more for it. In other hotels I've stayed at they gave me a regular room, to be used as a single. This is the first time I've ever seen such a small room. All the photos on the website are of normal rooms.

A very good choice

- own beach with it‘s own bar (Michela was very friendly and she speaks very good english) - two pools - the biggest one with it‘s own bar - very good food - especially the traditional italien food - the waitress (Gabriela) was very kind, always ready to suggest something if she was asked, always smiling, a true professional in her branch - Top! - very nice garden

- the personal at the reception was very kind and always ready to help, but a little bit more english (or german) will be good, as we‘ve traveled in high-saison, and there are coming not only the italiens to spend their vacation. We‘ve had difficulties in communicating with them - english or german. - the time allocated for the lunch or dinner is too short in my opinion, and it creates more pressure on the guest, when it should actually enable them another moment of joy

The hotel is quite big, next to the beach with two swimming pools. The breakfast was excellent, lunch and dinner not bad. The waiters and cleaning staff are very helpful and polite. The room was very old but cleaned well. The personnel at the reception is definitely has to improve their English and general professional skills. They seemed lost. Generally it’s ok, but could be much better

The staff was great. I liked the different options you can choose for your stay such as room type, use of beach, meal plans, etc. Food was very good.

Check out is too early, 10am. Also, there was construction going on and you can hear that but not too early or late.

Good location, it was near the beach.

The public places (elevator, reception and dining area) in the hotel were not air conditioned. Most of the staff could not speak English at all or very poorly. The parking area was not good.

Very nice Hotel: good for mid-season holiday.

The rooms are very nice & clean. The structure appears rather new and they are expanding and restructuring it. I especially loved the huge breakfast which permitted me to avoid lunch, that would be abundant too I suppose. The Hotel is in front of the beach and the chaise longue is very cheap in low season. Very good for 3-4 days of sheer relax.

-no room service, after 3 days we complained and all they did is to bring new towels, didnt even take the old ones -restaurant is serving almost none vegan dishes, every dish is with meat, fish or cream and they don‘t make any exceptions
